I have been seeing this business advertising on FB, I decided to check it out. When I went in, the guy who was supposed to be helping me look for a gift did not have a good customer service/sales motivation. I asked him what else he had for me to look at, he replies “well you saw everything”, technically NOT!!. I felt like that was rude, especially to someone who was ready to buy something. He is not your typical sales guy, that wants to show you and sell you stuff. That made me not want to buy ANYTHING from this business, so I took my business elsewhere.

Since I have been seeing this business advertising in a few FB pages, I decided to check it out. That made me not want to buy ANYTHING from this business, so I took my business elsewhere. Honestly, I would say I would recommend this place, but the way I received customer service, I wouldn’t want anyone else to get these type of lack of saws motivation/service.

Not wearing masks but require vaccinated people to wear a mask. Interesting business. No one sitting on couches and relaxing made any effort to put a mask on. If they require a mask then you wear a mask at all times. Not when you feel like it. The law allows for vaccinated people to not wear masks.

I will never go anywhere else. For almost 7 years my husband and myself have been customers. They take very good care of their customers. We've never had a bad experience. Over the years we had work done to my wedding ring and I've always said do what is best. This is a picture over the years. The last 2 pictures are my ring today. When we walk in the door they all glow seeing us and it's one of the best feelings to see how much they care for you.

Visiting from out of town and I heard that people were driving hours to pick up jewelry and I now understand why! Phenomenal prices, cute styles and did I mention great prices?! You can beat it! Gina's Store is one of a kind. I was told before covid the amount of goodies and sweets offered were to die for but understandably with covid coffee, tea, and snacks are on hold but doesn't affect the incredible selection that they've got to offer! 100% my go to place!
