This place is amazing! I had a flawless experience from start to finish and would definitely use them again for any of my storage needs! It’s quick and easy to reserve a unit.. you can do it all online and have access to a unit right away. Ending your contract is just as easy.. empty your unit and give them a call. I’m honestly shocked by how easy the process was. I highly recommend!

Easy online application, smooth first trip to the facility, and we like the fact we can be out of the elements while unloading our car. And a pretty secure entry and exit process. Very happy!

I have been with Storage Sense Utica for years now and they are a great place for storage. Security is in place and the climate controlled space is really nice. Marlana is always available and very helpful and professional. I have used other storage in the past, but this is the best!

We initially spoke to Danielle, who was super helpful, took us to the actual storage unit and explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. When we signed up, we spoke with Frank who was also very helpful and explained all the billing details to us.
