This used to be my favorite car wash, but after today, I will never return. Ever since this car wash was bought by Ace, it has been going down hill (out of order bays, empty soap, etc). One of the primary reasons I come to this car wash is because it is self-serve and accepts credit cards, which means you don’t have to do the whole rigmarole of constantly adding more coins as the timer runs out. The other main reason I come here is because of the handheld air dryers which make the task of drying the car much faster and easier. Today, not only was the credit card machine down in at least 3 of the bays (and probably all of them, I wouldn’t be surprised if they simply don’t accept cards anymore due to the fees), but the air dryer did not work in my bay. I discovered this AFTER I rushed to the change machine and back, loaded up $3 more, and switched to the air dryer. To make matters worse, there is no coin return on the machine to get your coins back if you end the cycle early. So I lost my $3 and had to drive out with a wet car. This is a real shame because Ace has been buying up all the car washes in the area and this is one of the few self-serve places left. I hope they can correct these issues and maintain the unique features that distinguish this car wash from all the others in the area. Otherwise, I won’t be driving 15 minutes out of my way to come back here.

Updating my first review from 2 years ago because the new owners deserved it. Came to wash my kayaks and the owners were very friendly and place was super clean. This is my go to car wash.

I wash my car only at self serve or touchless I been to so many self serve car washes I never seen a self serve like this always clean always someone here checking make sure everything is working asking people how’s everything never seen a better customer service then this!!!

This place was horrible. The first 2 bays I pulled into had broken credit card readers. Finally the 3rd bay had one that worked. When I got to the wax option it was completely empty as I waited a solid minute for anything to come out but the hose simply went dry. I gave up on the wax and proceeded to rinse my car, only for the drying hose to be completely disconnected with no function. I was forced to leave without drying my car as the only other 2 bays were taken. They tell you not to dry with your own towels but virtually half of their car wash is inoperable. Obviously my car was covered in streaks later on, will not be returning.

Increased prices significantly on automatic wash and it still doesn’t dry the right side of your car.

Went here for car vacuum cleaning. First machine did not work at all but took quarters without returning the quarters when machine did not work. I moved to another machine and it worked fine.
In the end, I ended up using $3.50 for $2.00 of vacuuming. If the vacuum does not work, they should at least put a sign saying it does not work and just let the machine swallow up our money. How is that NOT a cheating business practice?
