“Best Buy truly lives up to its name. The prices are excellent and there’s name brands to choose from. Best Buy stands behind its product and makes sure you’re satisfied with your purchase . I was recently at the Novi store to pick up an order. when I arrived I was told my order was cancelled and refunded because it was no longer available although distraught and disappointed I tried not to show my frustration to the cashier. Overnight my Apple laptop trac pad went "kaflooie" ! no controls. I called Sam and he gracefully accepted the challenge, with a promise to deliver the repaired laptop within two days! Wonderful.
