I have a 2010 Lexus Rx350, she's old so I thought she wasn't going to look as good. I hit a garbage can and the curb to prevent from hitting a dog that ran out in the street. “Called to see first if they had any Saturday appointments available, none worked for my availability. Asked if they were available that day and they were able to fit me in! They even called me before my appointment time and got me in an hour earlier which was great! Quoted fairly, paid as quoted. They were very respectful and kind when I walked in. Shop looked very professional and clean. They did an excellent job on my front two windows matching the factory tint on the rear windows. The best part… they got me in and out within 30 minutes!! Highly recommend! VERY professional.”

“I had my Explorer’s front end repaired at Cass Collision after an accident in 2023, and they did a phenomenal job. Nearly two years later, an issue arose with my transmission cooler due to a long screw from the original repair. Cass took full ownership, covered the inspection fee, towed my vehicle back, and even worked with my old insurance to get me a rental—covering the overage themselves. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service and standing by their work was impressive. Highly recommend them for quality repairs and accountability!”

“I had scheduled a week ago for today, with no trouble. I had inquired about certain services previously over the past several months, until finally scheduling an appointment. The technicians and staff had taken my car in relatively quickly, directed any concerns to their respective resolutions, and were willing to help me understand anything that previously been ambiguous. Despite being unable to get my requested service completed—as it would require additional parts (which although I may disagree with, I have no experience in identifying wear on parts)— I was provided with a full report on the alignment of my vehicle's suspension along with the parts that were recommended to replace. They were also spot on with whether my vehicle had an accident and where, asking me about it, to which I had affirmed. They did not force me to pay for the services before returning my vehicle to me, nor did they cause any sort of unnecessary trouble as does Belle Tire with their work. I did, however, pay for the $25 full inspection fee, which I can do gladly. I've been charged similar fees at other businesses that gave me no information and no feedback, and even caused trouble. Solid business, would recommend, very professional and courteous, straightforward and transparent (in my experience). Guest lobby has some nice infographics available to look at.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Marc at Buzz Off Auto. He repaired my convertible top, which wasn’t opening, and replaced both the driver and passenger side mirrors, as well as the inside visors. Additionally, he changed out my old headlights and fog lights and repaired my torn driver seat normal wear and tear.

They didn’t have one in stock right away, but got one Saturday morning and called us right away. Great turnaround time, great communication, and great staff. Will absolutely use them again if I need to!”
