“Awesome experience during something that is generally a headache. Lydia is a great office manager and communicates very well, they provide updates throughout the entire process and my repair was completed a bit ahead of schedule! The quality of repair is well done and not noticeable compared to the surrounding area, paint matches perfectly and they even detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. They managed payment efficiently with my insurance provider, all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up shortly after, no hoops to jump through or waiting for reimbursement everything was streamlined and efficient. I hope I don’t need their services again in the near future but if I do I’ll trust my body shop needs to the crew at car star Hamlin!”

“Jason did a phenomenal job tinting my windows. I didn’t have an appointment scheduled but he told me to come down anyway. He tinted 8 windows on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got there at 3 PM and was driving home by 3:40 PM! Insane! Love my tints, I’ve had other vehicles tinted here as well. Top notch and very professional. I’d highly recommend!”

“Super Price Auto Glass is just "Super" I called Sal on Friday about a windshield for my classic car the following Monday It was installed. Fast clean job kept communication with me the whole time untill arrival. After 4 windshield installed at Mr windshield on my 2 Jeeps in the past 2 years I will no longer be using them because of their customer service is just trash! Super price auto glass I can just tell has great customer service just dealing with them for my first time, Just read his reviews that says it all. I would highly recommend super price auto glass to anyone I know needing auto glass!!”

“We got our windshield replaced here. Competitive quote. Communication over phone, email and quality of work were fine. Office lady was pleasant and professional. It was a very cold day. The office was a bit un kept and nothing close to photos on the website. Had to use back door to get in as their front door was not functional. Our vehicle was outdoor most of the time from what we observed vs. I was told it will need servicing in the garage. I thought using their mobile service or drop off and pick up might have been better options.”

“Steve and his team exceeded our expectations by far! Communication, kindness, professional knowledge all came into place right away! We had our car towed to Caliber Collisin (Roseville Location) after a tree limb fell on it smashing the windshield, the hood and scratching most of the car. Oh this was a big job and on top of that it was a convertible Porsche. Before calling Caliber Collision, we called several other shops and they were intimidated by working on a Porsche. However, Steve and his team didn't even hesitate! The car was fixed properly and it looked brand new when we got it back! Five stars all the way, and we would like to add one more for being the best of the best in the business so 6 stars for Caliber Collisin!”

“I had scheduled a week ago for today, with no trouble. I had inquired about certain services previously over the past several months, until finally scheduling an appointment. The technicians and staff had taken my car in relatively quickly, directed any concerns to their respective resolutions, and were willing to help me understand anything that previously been ambiguous. Despite being unable to get my requested service completed—as it would require additional parts (which although I may disagree with, I have no experience in identifying wear on parts)— I was provided with a full report on the alignment of my vehicle's suspension along with the parts that were recommended to replace. They were also spot on with whether my vehicle had an accident and where, asking me about it, to which I had affirmed. They did not force me to pay for the services before returning my vehicle to me, nor did they cause any sort of unnecessary trouble as does Belle Tire with their work. I did, however, pay for the $25 full inspection fee, which I can do gladly. I've been charged similar fees at other businesses that gave me no information and no feedback, and even caused trouble. Solid business, would recommend, very professional and courteous, straightforward and transparent (in my experience). Guest lobby has some nice infographics available to look at.”
