My wife and I were at the Utica store on Sunday. Looking to purchase a tablet. We were fortunate enough to get Nick as our sales person. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with the decision making. Definitely will go back and hopefully it’s a day he is working!

Incompetent service. I called the number (area code 586) for the Utica, MI store. After repeating myself several times to someone with a tenuous grasp of English, and being placed on hold with what sounded like Middle-Eastern music, I was told that they do accept used batteries for recycling. Despite my suspicions, I went there with batteries in hand only to be told that they have not accepted batteries for years. I was told they don't have a direct line into the store and reached a call center. The ONLY thing brick and mortar brings to the party anymore is customer service, and they failed miserably.

Nick was amazing and helped me find a new IPad and MacBook for school! He explained everything very well and was so helpful in making these decisions !!

We purchase a refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher and a microwave for our new home. We were told the vendor cancel our lg double oven. From the receipt it looks like 2,770 was refunded but the issue is I paid a portion from my payment method and my husband payment came from his payment method two different payment methods I received my portion of the refund but where is my husband money? He has not received his money. I returned to the store to speak to a salesperson and the supervisor they now want to refer me to Best Buy customer service but we paid for our items at the store not through customer service . We have been back and fourth with representatives from out the country working for Best Buy customer service I asked to make sure I was speaking to representatives from another country and they said yes. I speak about this because the store phone number goes to somewhere differently then where I spent my money and I cannot reach the store where my money was spent. I took a screen shot of the receipt.

Purchased a smart tv open box when got home it had some damage took back to store for exchange manager John was extremely rude inconsiderate told me nothing he could do and I damaged tv internally also said that this has never happened while loading. I tried to reason with him was polite and courteous he then started to haul TV to exit I asked to speak to anyone else he told me he was the guy and there was nothing anyone can do. I'm basically out $800 never again will I shop here I'm a rewards member 10 years now will be cancelling it. Also hauling carts are defective falling apart

Horribly dysfunctional electronic department. There were 3 guys working and none of them could answer any of my questions. I bought 4 Sony speakers from another business. Either hire competent employees or replace the management that allows this to happen. I'm doing business with Amazon because there is no drama.
