Purchased a smart tv open box when got home it had some damage took back to store for exchange manager John was extremely rude inconsiderate told me nothing he could do and I damaged tv internally also said that this has never happened while loading. I tried to reason with him was polite and courteous he then started to haul TV to exit I asked to speak to anyone else he told me he was the guy and there was nothing anyone can do. I'm basically out $800 never again will I shop here I'm a rewards member 10 years now will be cancelling it. Also hauling carts are defective falling apart

Horribly dysfunctional electronic department. There were 3 guys working and none of them could answer any of my questions. I bought 4 Sony speakers from another business. Either hire competent employees or replace the management that allows this to happen. I'm doing business with Amazon because there is no drama.

After a while of frustration owning a Mac Book (user errors) I finally decided to go in on Sunday and buy a new windows laptop. When I walked in I had no clue what I was even looking for. I was in the Windows laptops for no longer than 2 mins when Nick came over and offered assistance. I told him I have no clue what I am looking for. Nick was AMAZING! He showed me all my Windows options - walked thru what I was using it for - throughly why one was better than another. I casually mentioned that I needed to get a different laptop because my Mac was not working for me. He then let me know he was actually a Mac rep and had a lot of experience. He walked me over to the Mac's and showed me three EASY solutions for my current computer to work for me! He was great! I went in to this store with the intention to purchase something, when I already had a great product. I was so highly impressed with Nick that I purchased an Apple Watch and this was not even intended. Since talking with Nick - me and my laptop are friends and I will be back soon to purchase a new Mac! We need more sales reps like Nick in retail because he made me feel heard, not rushed, and comfortable with my decision. I would trust buying from him again.

I was charged a restocking fee to return a defective drone. What are you restocking? The broken drone? That tells me that Best Buy open box items are just defective returns. Not a good look. The manager also just kept blaming corporate for the policy. When I spoke to corporate they told me that if an item is defective, there shouldn’t be a restocking fee attached to the return. Either there’s a major breakdown in communication between the stores and corporate or the manager just decided he didn’t want to be helpful today. Either way I’m left paying $186 because I was sold a defective product and have to go back to the store tomorrow to hopefully speak with the store manager and get it resolved. Do better.

Merchandise was on the wrong hook and was informed that it was my fault for not reading the fine print. The cashier said that we do it all the time and they won't Honor the price.
There was a whole bunch, like an employee put them out, not just one or two
