terrrible dirt old store needs to update their POS system . the roof was leaking with no wet floor sign in sight just leaking all over . does not accept Apple Pay or even have a chip reader LOL
got charged 15$ for a little thing of pvc glue I’m okay with inflated prices of hardware stores because of the easy access to what you need and the Apple pay/chip reader but to pay inflated prices to almost slip on the floor from a leaking roof and not even accept apple Pay?

Open till 7PM on tuesday? Yeah Right! Showed up at 6:05pm to a nice lady telling me “We’re closed! Computers are shut and we’re clocked out” I said well it says you close at 7pm? The response was “We don’t control what time it says we close” well maybe would’ve been important for corporate or someone to do that before wasting a 20 min drive to have to go 40 mins the opposite direction to another Ace that is actually open at their stated hours

Worst customer service! We were hoping to like this place since we love supporting mom and pop places but we called and asked the price for a propane tank refill, they gave us a price per gallon. Got there, filled our tanks, paid and left. Realized they WAY overcharged us so we called in the morning and they said no they gave a price for weight. No one does that, it’s per gallon. They refuse to take responsibility for the overcharge which is DOUBLE the price that anywhere else charges. $100 to fill 3 tanks and one was still probably half full. Usually it’s $60 to fill all 3 at Uhaul. Will never shop here again, can’t stand places that have awful customer service and deceive their customers to make a buck.
