This was eith Ziebart in Ft Wayne, Indiana. They put my diamond gloss on without 1st cleaning my 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude. They told me I had to clean/ vacuum it ,then refused to put protective shield on b/c it wasn't vacuumed. Tiffany said they would have to take care of the dead bugs next year. I told her I take pride in my vehicles & that wasn't acceptable. Customer service argued about it.Then took all of their messages off. So I can't prove what they said. They told me they don't diamond coat any of the plastic & dead bugs might have damaged the plastic. Please help me.

Terrible customer experience unable to resolve issue with one of their franchise's. They refuse to make it right nor to Resolve with the franchisee. Be wary on spending any extra money make sure that you double check all things that you sign And don't let them bully you into spending money that you don't need to.#rude#theft#no accountabilityUpdate: I was told by their corporate division they have no way to moderate with the franchisee. I was told the franchisee would have to make it right and instead I got a condescending email about what I should have done and watched out for. This is not how a business should be run. Smh shame on you!

They suck they are crooks . Took my car there got it back after closing and clear coat was missing off the front bumper. The car had not been cleaned , person grabbed a spray bottle and stared cleaning of the front bumper with a cloth . This is all after diamond gloss application . Poor service poor customer service . They did a walk around when I dropped it off . There were NO AREAS OF MISSING CLEAR COAT . But there was when I picked it up . They f***** up my car and then denied responsibility .
