If you need anything Xfinity, go here. The staff is helpful and worked extra to make sure I got the lowest possible price. Driving there and doing the work takes less time than trying to get thru the infuriating phone system.

Discovering I could get Verizon Internet for $40 per month combined with Sling TV for $50 per month was the greatest day ever! I paid $180 per month for the EXACT same thing with Xfinity no matter how they would try to manipulate me into thinking it was better! Also, with Verizon internet I can take my box with me anywhere I go so now I have wifi when I go to my cabin too! Ive been waiting 10 years to punt my box! As they said in South Park, “We’re sorrrrrrrry”

I'm not sure exactly what the role of the employees working here is supposed to be but it's definitely not customer service. If you're interested in condescending misogynist mansplaining this may be the place for you otherwise you're better served calling the 888 number-- don't waste your time here. Or better yet, try a different company.

Went today (09/10/2023) at 12:07pm, I just needed a new SIM Card. I don’t remember his name he was chubby, blue eyes, glasses, black hair. He told me that I can’t get a new one cuz the SIM card was linked to another phone and I needed to unlinked calling to Xfinity Mobile (wasn’t he there to do that for me ?) so after making sure that I really needed to call cuz he was not able to do anything (that’s literally what he said) I just decided to go to another Xfinity store. The process was simple they just put the SIM card and that’s it, it got linked to the new phone immediately, I didn’t have to do anything. So why I have to go waste my time on a Sunday with some that don’t even know what is doing. Please try to make sure that people are prepared for their job.

this is not for a store. it is for a technician who fixed internet his name is Alexsander. beyond awesome. Comcast needs to recognize this youg man and give him a big raise. if you need a tech to come to your home, ask for this young man

If I could rate this company 0 I would.It's been 30 days since canceling my account with Xfinity via customer service (which I know see was apparently the biggest mistake) and from then...I have still yet to be issued my $180.25 refund....Oh yes, my previous review said $127.25 and that's because I found out (by going in store to see the monitor the employee's work on) they charged me $50 something for my equipment which I did not receive any email/notification of any charge that they did so....when I have the receipt that my equipment was returned in store July 20th at 1:28pm (thanks for taking my equipment consultant Javonne K!) It is now August 7th and I still have not received my return!!!! After calling their putrid customer service call centers and speaking to supervisor Cesar (no last name would be given) and then calling their corporate line today to speak to a Desire J- in which I was told once again- "your refund should process in 3/5 days" although I have requested my refund since canceling my services with them since July 7th....I have also left two corporate complaints for this horrible process of Xfinity/Comcast making their customers practically spend 5+ hours to get their own money refunded properly back to them...wow this almost seems like this could be a legal issue....Since my first corporate complaint went unanswered in a way- today I was told I would receive a phone call from Chris, their higher up....Can't wait for your phone call Chris....should I hold breath? I would literally never recommend anyone to sign up with their services if this is how they handle their costumers/refunds upon leaving- I have been recorded on their costumer service lines requesting my refund over three times now.WHERE IS MY REFUND!?

Shout out to Jeff! All of my questions were answered and issues resolved. Jeff was very kind and diligent. My visit to the store was probably less than 15 minutes and I left a happy Xfinity customer. Thank you Jeff for helping me out today.

It’s such a shame that a large company such as Comcast/Xfinity has beyond putrid customer service- having been a customer for over 5 years then finally ending my service- since ending my service (end of June) & returning my equipment (July 21- kept receipt) I have had to call customer service & be on the phone an average of an hour of more (2 times)- I have still yet to receive my return of $127.25 on my credit card (yet they have no issues keeping a card on file for equipment purposes)……WHERE IS MY REFUND??????
