I needed to return an item that I put in my car's trunk and just forgot about it. I finally brought in my return; four months later. They still accepted it.”

I had to try on clothes 3 times because of my body figure, the clothes I asked for were all up high so the attendent working the floor, Ericka had to use the hook the whole time she was helping me. I felt nervous having to ask her so repetitively, but she put my mind at ease about my bothersome requests by stating that this is her job and she loves working it. She certainly did her part today as she was so personable and efficient.
As I was done shopping, Ben provided my checkout. He was very nice and clear about the deals and how my money was being spent. He even provided me with the information I needed to leave this review which in turn, I hope helps them!

“Today I visited the old navy store with my son, to pick up a few uniforms for school. The person that helped me was so kind, she helped me find pants to shirts for him.While in the store he asked her if a mario brothers bookbag was free and she kindly replied no it's $13. He looked at that bookbag and I knew he wanted it but I couldn't buy it today. To my surprise, when I checked out the cashier stated, I have something for you at the end of the counter. The lady that helped me had purchased to bookbag for him. I almost started crying in the store.
Thank you for the kindness you showed my little one, we will never forget what you did today. Old Navy you now have a regular costumer. I will return back to buy that sweet lady lunch!!

“I have recently starting shopping at JCP again and have been pleasantly surprised by changes since I was last there. My only issue is that the Troy, MI store is not open until 11 a.m. on Saturday. They lost my business twice because of that since I needed to find something earlier in the morning.”

“THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE FACE OF EVERY BUSINESS! Choose your staff wisely,I’ve had an obsession and a love affair for Tory Burch for over 20 years. This location is in Somerset I was very excited and there was a spark that just made my heart happy when I found out there was a store near Bloomfield hills by my house ,I just wish they put a little bit more care into packaging jewelry Mine was tangled up when I got home as much as I love Tory Burch, I’d rather just order online. It seems to be difficult dealing with people these days , I called the manager and told her my necklace was tangled she said” come back I will take care of you” when I went back to the store, the only thing she did was do a exchange, which was so ridiculous because if you want to build clientele, you should absolutely show them some sort of appreciation or give them a little something to make them happy it’s a sales tactic that these people should have been trained especially when selling merchandise that’s overpriced which I don’t mind because like I said, I love Tory Burch I just won’t be shopping in store. I’ll be doing all my shopping online.”

They also have some unique items such as a "Joshua Tree" in a can, miniature tube man for your desk, etc. I wish that we saw Urban Outfitters get it's own separate store in Michigan.”

We can always count on H&M for a solid selection of basics like jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters. Thus last time they had some really cute dresses on clearance from the holidays!”
“Great store! I always see Spencer's as a better version of Hot Topic. They have great shirts and pants, as well as many cute plushies. The music also fits the atmosphere of a punk rock cute plushie store. The customer service is fantastic, very attentive overall. I just wish that the Ice Spice shirt was available in a small size.”

I asked Mariam to kindly grab a new purse from the back as it was a gift and I wanted to make sure it was pristine. Mariam was so helpful and patient and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. She carefully wrapped the purchase and was very meticulous with the tissue paper and box and treated the product with great care. “The moment my friend and I walked into the Lululemon store, we were greeted by a warm, genuine smile from one of the staff — it immediately caught my attention and made me feel happy throughout my shopping.
The staff member, Haddie, radiated such warmth and kindly asked if I needed any help. I don’t think I’ve ever met a store associate who was this sweet and genuinely caring. She wasn’t just trying to sell something — she truly wanted to help me find what I needed, and that sincerity really touched me.
Thanks to her, we ended up finding the perfect pair of pants and jackets we were looking for. She was so gentle, caring, and memorable that I asked her name several times and told her I would remember it every time I come back to Lululemon.
Although the checkout line was a bit long, the staff at the register was very friendly, worked efficiently, and kindly explained the return policy, which I really appreciated.
Compared to other stores like Alo or Vuori in the same Somerset Mall, this level of customer service felt truly different and special. I had been debating which brand to purchase from since their products are similar in quality, but the warmth and kindness of the Lululemon team ultimately made my decision easy. I’m so happy with both the quality and design of what I purchased.
