Please do not buy from them. Even with your receipt you can not return/exchange or get in-store credit you have to keep it on an item if you try it AKA use it. Within 48 hours I tried one of the three expense items I purchased. I only wanted to exchange or get in-store credit on one of the three items and since I tried it/used it I can not get anything back. It is still in the same condition as when I purchased it. BAD Business policy! I do love the store but I do not like that they do not stand by there products.

Bought coffee machine for 700 dollars. Less than a month later it’s on sale on manufacturers website for 200 less. They refused to honor price difference. Don’t buy from here, buy direct from manufacturer

tom was very nice and helped me pick out a dutch oven for my sister, they helped me place the order in store which was nice bc the color was limited time, when the first one was delivered it wasn’t packaged properly so it was all scratched but the costumer service line was super helpful and able to get another one shipped before the color was gone and the second one came perfect

Placed an order online to pickup and when I got home I realized they gave me an incorrect item. Fair warning double check your orders. Now have to return to exchange, hopefully all goes well.Editing to 4 stars as when I returned to the store the folks I worked with were very helpful and searched in the back for the correct replacement.

Was told by another location that this store had an item in stock that they could have replaced my defective item with. Store staff, after I explained this would not do so. Appears that there are some locations with much better customer service.

Came in looking to buy a coffee maker and the salesman was extremely rude and pushy. I told him I wanted to look at a certain brand and he kept trying to pull me to the most expensive one being sold. Wouldn’t even give me a chance to speak and extremely pushy salesman. I had to walk away and take my business elsewhere.

I purchased an anova percision cooker that was broken when the package was opened for the first time. When returned at sumerset I was told they would not return the cash that I had paid for it with, but would instead send a check. It's been a little over a week and so far no check... This was a week after Christmas and everyone seemed a little wore out, the person helping me was no exception, he was not pleasant. Build quality of the product was poor, the part that had broken seemed to be two plastic studs that hold the top in place, once broken the whole top containing the display and wiring is able to fall into the water it's cooking in. Not impressed, won't be buying anything from this company again. Same for Williams Sonoma, I once enjoyed this store, it does not seem to be what it once was.

Would not honor a return because it was tried once. How do you know if you like it or can actually use it without trying it? Nothing else was offered, not even store credit. Chef Debbie there is great but policies and customer service are deeply lacking. Deeply disappointed.
