“They are the best! I was told by another highly rated tire store, they needed to keep my car until 3:00 from 9:00am to fix my flat tire. When I called Discount Tire, he said come over now and we can fix it. Within less than a half hour, they fixed the tire. There policy is not to charge for repairs. I will definitely go back there for my tire needs.”
“Amazing work by Wheel Works Detroit! Eduardo and his team did an incredible restoration of my 13 year old wheels that were peppered with curb rash and other wheel damage. The wheels look brand new now on both the outer and inner sides and even the wheel weights seem to be color-matched and neatly placed which is a nice attention to detail. “My car was making a weird noise and I went into the shop an hour before the shop closes without appointment. The guys were very nice and down to earth, willing to help even though I showed up last minute without any appointments. Thankfully, the issue was so minor that I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were very fair and they didn't even charge me for it. I appreciated that they were still willing to take a look at it and I was worry-free for rest of the weekend. “This place is not at all close to where I live, nor is it convenient to get there. But I was scolded for even considering going somewhere near me because of how highly this place, and Matt specifically, were recommended. This team is efficient, friendly, super honest. I stayed while my car was getting new tires and heard several customers telling staff how much they were able to save by going here, and how much better the customer service was. And they seem to personally know most folks who walk in the door. Great place. Will definitely be back”
“I was shopping for 38x13.5x20 mud terrain tires for my 5th gen ram Rebel for about 2 weeks.
Looking online and multiple shop in my area for convenience because my time is important to me.
My main concern was the large diameter of the tire not fitting properly.
I stopped in on Thursday morning and talked to the young lad named Rio and expressed my concerns on the fitment issues I had.
I already knew what tires I wanted. I had 3 different ones in mind and already knew the ballpark range in prices from shopping around.
(He at the time did not know this)
When he told me my price on the different choices I had for the out the door price I said take my money.
He ordered my tires and had them the next morning.
Went in on Saturday morning at 9 am and was heading home 1.5 hrs later with the baddest looking Rebel around.
There was a little fitment issue due to the custom mud flaps I have.
There tire tech did his thing and got it resolved very quickly.
He also took extra care not to scratch the wheels and such.
It was a great experience as I take great pride on my truck.
I would defiantly recommend this US Wheel and Tire location on mound road just south of 18 mile.

Over & above in waiving the deductible, offering a free loaner, stay later or come in on a Saturday for me to get my car & paid some of the rental bill. “I took my car to 2 different mechanics before Goodison... I had a supposed suspension problem. Belle Tire gave me an estimate of over $2000, so I called up Goodison; I heard they had good reviews. They answered right away and fit me in for a time to come in. The guys were so incredibly nice, honest, and straight to the point. Long story short, over the phone they had nothing but good to say about my car, explaining it was well taken care of; I didn't have a suspension problem like Belle Tire told me, and repairs only cost $200, not only that, they fixed my brakes because they noticed there was a screeching noise to them, no extra cost. I was over the moon. I brought them donuts upon my arrival to pick up my car, I was so grateful for their amazing service! The car was fixed in a couple of days but they provided me a detailed list with pictures of all the concerns with the care. Then it was my choice on what to do. “Decent prices if you do a wheel and tire package. 1500 for the wheels and tires which were nitto ridge grapplers by the way which can cost 1500 by themselves for certain sizes. They always have tires on display for decent prices and the people seem very friendly when I went here. Not sure if this place was bad at one pint but now it seems pretty nice overall. It’s a smaller place and it’s also new or it wasn’t here a few years ago.”

“I had a Saturday appointment to get new tires and was going to try to get an alignment too.
I decided to come on a Friday at 8 am to try to get an alignment right when they opened as alignments are "first come, first serve". I arrived at 7:50 am with one other customer in the parking lot ahead of me. The other customer ahead of me only needed new tires, so, I was thankful he did not need an alignment too.
I was called up to the counter next, my car was brought in for an alignment, and I cancelled the appointment I had for the next day to get tires installed as we put the tires on too.
Alignment and four new Hankook Kinergy ST tires all installed in under an hour....I was surprised how fast they were at driving my car up to be picked up. They had 12 cars that came in behind me, so they were getting quite busy.
I drove away and was surprised how good the 33 year old Camry drove... alignment needed more than I thought....car feels new again...lol”
