Pharmacy staff is rude and have poor customer service. I am a prescriber and was put on hold twice, then when finally picked up the staff acted like she was doing me a favor. I will write a letter to corporate.

Doctor sent prescriptions to this Walgreens by accident. Thought it wouldn’t be a problem… unfriendly customer service. Whoever helped me obviously wants to move on and should.

The store was clean. Pretty well stocked. Only one register was open and the clerk couldn't ring up,someone with alcohol.... So it took forever to get a supervisor to come for an approval. Would come here again, but be prepared that it may not be a quick visit.

If you call they may or may not have time to talk to you. Sometimes they say call back later we're too busy with vaccinations. maybe this pharmacy will work for you if you'd like to go round and round with them on prescription refills that you would think would be in stock.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have a monthly prescription and every month they don't have it in stock and take forever to get it. This time I ordered it on the 15th so I could have it before it ran out. Now they won't get it in until the 21st. This is ridiculous

The amount of time I had to wait for my booster vaccine was absolutely horrendous. I also was told "did you fill out the paperwork yet?" When I hadn't even been given it. I was also told I would be next in line and they proceeded to take other patients before me.

Inside is fine here for the most part, but the drive-thru and photo center is pretty slow or just confusing.This is our local Walgreens for prescriptions and frequently, when we arrived here in the drive thru, they're either not open yet (even though their sign says 9am and it's 915am or something), or they just ignore the drive thru and are doing other things behind the counter. If you'd rather have people come in to get their prescriptions because it's easier, than close the drive thru.The photo center too is a little slow. We've ordered pictures to be printed from here and once, we were given a time of when to pick them up, we gave them an extra hour, and the pictures still weren't ready. Another time, they just couldn't find the order in the bin behind the counter.

Ugh...Not a fan of this pharmacy. After having to take our 10 month old to the ER we found out she had a double ear infection. We ran to this pharmacy to get the script and got there 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed. The pharmacist/tech was visibly angry when we showed up. I get that it was right at the tail end of the shift, but the pharmacist/tech could have at least hid it better. More annoyingly, they gave us the precise amount of medicine for 10 days' worth of doses. I know that sounds weird, but with babies spit up medicine all the time, and it seems like every other time we have had get antibiotics (which is ALOT), we have gotten a bit more than needed. Likely to compensate for the aforementioned and predicable spit out. In this case, we ended up being short for the final day. We contacted the pharmacy to see if they could help us out and the flatly refused. I understand this sounds like sour grapes, but having dealt with other pharmacies, including other Walgreens, I have always found them to be accommodating under extenuating circumstances. Long story short, we will not be patronizing this Walgreens again, and would not recommend other to do so.

I switched over to Walgreens for a better rate on prescription. BIG MISTAKE! It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on my prescription. I called Walgreens to get a price. They gave me a good price but told me that I had to call my Doctor to transfer it over to them because they couldn't do it. So I called Sams Club ( I should of just stayed at Sams Club) anyways.. to cancel my prescription order. I called my internal medicine doctor to tell him to call it in to Walgreens. So I waited a few days for my prescription but no call. So I called myself and I spoke to someone in the pharmacy and she told me that it was on back order and it should be in in a couple days. Couple more days went by and I spoke to the pharmacist who was very rude and didn't care. He told me that the medication is on back order and they are just waiting on it to come in. Again no call! I called again today and this time I spoke to the store manager Chris.. very arrogant and had a I don't care attitude.. He kept giving me excuses to why my prescription was not filled. He told me that he will speak to his staff but in the mean time he will order my medication and it will be in by Monday the latest. Even though he was arrogant and an A$$ I still thanked him. Not 5 minutes later he called me to tell me that he spoke to his pharmacist and his pharmacist had told me they weren't getting the medication.. now I'm on 10! Do you really think I would of kept calling if he told me he wasn't getting the medication?? So he says that he called a different Walgreens and they have the medication but he can't transfer the medication.. so after 2 weeks I still don't have the medication. I would of never called my doctor to cancel my prescription at Sams Club and to call it in at Walgreens to fill it. So I'm back to square one! So now I have to call my doctor again explain the situation and have him call it in to a different pharmacy... Customer Service has gotten so horrible! Don't people realize without your customers or patients you would not have a job? That's like Chris's mother being my patient and I treat her bad.. Word of advise to the pharmacist and Chris.. treat people the way you would want people to treat your loved one... In the mean time I will not return to that Walgreens for no reason! I will drive past it to get to a different pharmacy/store. Very sad and disappointed

I had a really good experience at this Walgreens. I stopped in to get some sinus meds, the kind you have to take the card up and get from the pharmacist, the lady that helped me was super nice. I will definitley go back!
