Such a beautiful location for a store! I love the atmosphere of the way it’s made to be a boat in the store! Super nice selection of clothes. Very friendly staff and great service from them! Will definitely come back in a bit!

Walked around for 20 minutes while the employees hung out at the counter chatting. Never once was I even acknowledged .I'll shop somewhere else.

I want to praise the shipping department and the care they take in processing orders at this Vineyard Vines location. I recently placed an order that this location fulfilled. I usually receive my orders at retail stores shipped and stuffed into a poly bag. However at this location, the hats were placed in dust bags, the belt in a storage box, the pants were carefully wrapped and everything was shipped in a secure box. Thank you for being so thoughtful in packaging to ensure safe delivery!

went to buy a swimsuit as a gift for someone. my total should have been $94.87. i had to order online because they didn’t have any in store and when we tried to place the order, the system wasn’t processing my order. They continued to try again in case of writing incorrect number(s) and when i checked my bank account, money was being taken out. i mentioned this and they told me the money shouldn’t be taken out since it was an incomplete purchase. it took 5 times before the order went through and when i got home, 94.87 was taken out 5 separate times. i called my bank and they said all that money was taken out. i got charged 4 extra times for one swimsuit.
