On 4/18/23 I came in to return one of my four items in my bag that was purchased on Saturday. I came in the store with the same bag and all items. I was in the store walking around for about 5-7 minutes with my baby in the stroller. When I got to the counter the cashier (Who’s name may be Geana) made me take each item out my bag so she could make sure each item in my bag was on my receipt and that I paid for it. I just kept asking her why is she doing that when I’m only returning one. I couldn’t believe that she was checking my bag to make sure I hadn’t stole anything. I was very upset and just kept saying I can’t believe your doing this. I feel like your racially profiling me. The cashier didn’t say anything! I’ve been coming to that Victoria secret store forever. Because I always felt they had great customer service even to the nastiest customers. At one point I was coming there so much several employees new me by name as they did other customers that shopped there frequently! I’m very disappointed in my visit today. And me being a African American woman told by a Caucasian woman to take everything out my bag to make sure I paid for everything in my bag on my receipt just to return one item really hurt. I was getting ready to break down and cry until my eldest son walked up to me and I couldn’t let him see his mother like that. Needless to say I don’t feel comfortable coming back to this location and I hope management or corporate handles this accordingly.

I’m going to give three stars normally when I shop at this pink store I am greeted and helped and the workers seem to be friendly but today this specific day I felt negative energy like racism when I walked in and asked questions about a certain product one lady was Chinese looking and the other lady was white they both were very rude and not interested in helping me and turning their nose up at me. Get rid of those two and the customer service would be Great everyone else that works their don’t give me any problems.

The cashier was kind of rude today. I asked about getting fitted for a bra. She goes, "Um I am kind of busy. Can you find someone to help you?" I didn't make an issue of it because I was in a hurry and needed new bras. I just feel if I am spending my money why should I have to walk around the store to find an available employee? She could have paiged someone to assist. The person I found to assist me was nice and helpful.

I recently tried to return an item and was met with 2 employees who did not know how to facilitate the process correctly.Since the return was over 30 days and w/o a receipt, only an exchange was able to be preformed. When I asked the employee for a return I was told that I can only exchange it for the same exact product. Mind you, this is nowhere stated on the website.After reading the company’s return policy, exchanges are allowed so I went back to the store to exchange the item.Two sales associates didn’t know how to process the return and had to call (what I presume to be the store manager) Priscilla. Thankfully Priscilla was able to assist my return with no issues and with a smile.Unfortunately the previous managers Alexis and Amelia were unable to help.Victoria Secret it is holiday season, please train all associates on the entire return policy so you can avoid issues like these in the future.It was very frustrating to come back to the same store to seek assistance, due to lack of proper knowledge on the company’s return/exchange policies.Thank you.

Plz ask for Mara.!!!!! She was beyond helpful an very kind. I needed to know my size bra, she helped with that and somehow I end up spending $200 on other eye candies.! Overall a wonderful experience. Clean store absolutely

Awesome!!!!! Great after Christmas sale. They were short staffed due to several employees calling off work. I'm guessing it was because it was a Friday, New Year's Eve, and the employees probably had plans of celebrating with their family and friends. Instead of coming to work.It was a bit of a wait to check out with the cashiers, but I won't complain.Definitely one of my favorite stores. I saved well over a couple hundred dollars. So I was a happy camper. Experience rated: 10 out of 10

Great customer service until you get to the register. The girl that rang me up was dry and not friendly. Was gonna get back in line and purchase more but didnt want to bother her again.

This particular store needs more than one register open. No customer should have to wait over 10 minutes in line when there is other employees on the floor fake working.

The employees aren't really helpful I mean the you are greeted when you entered but nobody asks if you need or bother to the lines are long I walk out went else where
