Well, my wife & I shop at this mall all the time, we have shopped in this store before. Unfortunately I can concur with some of the negative reviews regarding the extremely poor customer service. I promise you, if it weren't for my wife who is a very patient person & a fan of Versace, I would never go in there. I agree with every comment posted about the deplorable customer service. So with that said, my wife birthday is this coming (Oct 15, 2023) Sunday & she wants these Versace over or under the knee boots, I will endure the terrible customer service once again for her!

Good evening,This is Sam, a top seller at Michael Kors. I was at your store on 2/9 at 3:10 PM. The manager on duty refused to order an item for me and conculde my transaction after sharing my identity. I understand that an appointment is necessary. However, if the store is completly empty and two emplyees were wondering around staring at their phones, I expect some respect since we all work under one corporate! I wasnt planning to come in but was inquiring about bridal shoes and a slider grabbed my attention. There was not a single customer in store that they could make a commission of yet they refused to help me out. They said, “we work of commission and that we dont make any commision from your purchase! You have to make an appointment with the store manager..” However, she gave me an associate manage card? Their story was inconsistent and apparently they just want me out. How unprofessional? Mind you that, I used to be a customer of Versace and Nicholas was my sales person before I even work for MK! Its a huge concern that needs to be addressed and very bad service to employees. I dont think you would like to be treated this way when you vist our store!

I bought I Ear ring and I did not like it, I returned it immediately and that was in November 8th 2022 and I didn’t receive yet my refund, tried to call the customer service multiple times with out any help, I am in shocked to receive this treatment from Versace and I am still waiting for my refund

The Versace store inside of Somerset Mall is an intimate store that has all of the latest and hottest fashions. You can order online and set it up for in-store pick up, pay with Apple pay/Google pay/Samsung pay, or pay with Klarna. Alicia was awesome. If you have any issues, you can text them directly with what ever problem you're having or if you wish to place an order. Nick Steven and are both wonderful also. They really make you feel warm and welcomed. Be warned, there is a no refund policy. It is exchange only. Probably due to Covid-19. Don't let that deter you. Stop in and treat yourself

I bought a scarf and wore it once. A main thread came apart at dinner and unraveled the scarf. The store manager Meredith was so rude when I told her what happened. She told me she’s “sorry” and I need to “find a good tailor”. What a joke. The stuff they sell here has went down hill. China quality and they don’t stand behind their product. This location has horrible customer service every time I’m there. I will no longer returned and I emailed corporate about the situation. They need to close this location and fix quality!

I was welcomed with a friendly greeting at Versace at Somerset Collections the staff members are always kind and ready to assist customers. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Steven who was kind in introducing me to the new Spring arrivals. I was not only fascinated by the luxury of products, but I was fascinated by the inner spirit of luxury experience representation and knowledge Steven shared as I browsed at the awesome Collection. He expressed that he would be more than happy if I wanted to try on a pair of shoes. He also recommended other accessories that will build into my personal wardrobe that left me with creative ideas. I knew there would be a next time soon visit, as I was pleased in receiving Steven's business card. A week later I called to let him know I would be revisiting to try on shoes... and the service was great...the shoes were great...and his recommendations for key holder was great! Thanks Steven for sharing your knowledge of Versace merchandise with the greatest passion in Luxury Fashion of a beautiful brand you represent very well. I appreciate you adding me into your client book. I look forward in shopping at Versace Somerset again. RH

This is for the Versace location at Somerset collection mall,Address: 2800 W Big Beaver RoadUnit 300Troy, MI 48084United StatesThe manager, named Meredith, at this location is completely disrespectful and does not even respect her position as a manager. And she does not even respect the higher people than her in the company.I told myself to give you guys and corporate more time to help me with my situation and it’s been 2 months. I’m not one to write bad reviews but this one has gone too long.I bought my cousin her first brand name purse from Versace because I had heard a lot of good stuff about their products and quality.Unfortunately it didn’t turn out to be a good experience for my cousin.She carried it for two days only to a relatives house and only to a facial appointment and that was it.The next morning, she notices scratches on it already.I’m sorry but I don’t think a top brand name purse that is worth $2,200 should be scratching that easily after a two-day use.So I went to the boutique store and received very bad attitude and offensive comments from the clerk that sold me the purse.He basically started telling us that “It’s calfskin leather and it’s meant to happen that’s why you should have the leather conditioner”First of all, he’s speaking to us as if we are unknowledgeable about leather and talking to us like we were stupid.Second of all his excuse of not telling us the return policy was “We don’t tell our customers about our return policies to not offend them” what?Everywhere I go, I am told about the return policy.Also, I’ve been contacting corporate and staying in touch with them to make sure this situation is handled which no one is contacting me in any way.I called the store manager today because the supervisor at customer care told me December 7, someone should have contacted the boutique store.So I called the boutique store and received such horrible attitude from the manager. Basically she Told me that even if corporate calls, she won’t do anything about it. And as I was talking, she was talking over me not even letting me finish a sentence literally throughout the whole phone call.Meredith, relax, there are much higher people than you in the company, you’re not the CEO.She should not have her position, because also she’s never even in the store. Every time I call or went in, she was never available, not even to call.A manager should always be available to answer the phone or be present at the store.I’m tired of waiting for this situation to be handled and I am starting to constantly call everyday, because that’s the only way I can make sure it’s getting handled.
