HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!ASHLEY AT VERSACE WAS VERY RUDE!!!Just horribleeeee they don’t tell you that you can’t refund it was a gift for someone they did not like them nor fit & tried to return they will not. That store has nobody inside &now I understand why! They need to hire new staff to represent the “Versace Name” & be CLEAR with there POLICY. 0 STARS

Store staff are amazing. Super knowledgeable. Got me some boxers in white. Absolutely love them. I can’t wait to get more as they are comfy and don’t ride against my booty. ??

Don’t buy anything from this store. You will not be able to get refund for incorrect size or if you are getting a gift. The manager was rude and when i bought the gift nobody had told me you cannot refund it. I would have rather gone somewhere else like Saks or Neimans. Extremely disappointed at this store and they’re 2 mm policy that you cannot even read on the register plaque.

Do not shop at this store they have terrible customer Service and return policy They are Extorting their customers if you don’t have a product and the customer size or anything in the Store that the customer wants you can’t get a refund only store credit you don’t have no products that the customer want you’re just taking a customer money and making them buy your product that’s not Business etiquette me and my friends will shop here anymore and I hope you are do the same.

I highly respect the Versace brand for who they are! But my experience at the Versace store of Somerset was very disheartening. The employees are OVERLY strict to ridiculous guidelines, and very rude over the phone, they weren’t able to negotiate a fair deal with me, being that they gave me the the incorrect cologne (I trusted that they placed the correct bottle in the bag after purchase). They didn’t. They give off a very money hungry persona, making the shopping experience very uncomfortable…..The employees working the store today did not represent the brand very well. I’m Highly dissatisfied with my experience at this store. I’ll never buy Versace anything again.

Well, my wife & I shop at this mall all the time, we have shopped in this store before. Unfortunately I can concur with some of the negative reviews regarding the extremely poor customer service. I promise you, if it weren't for my wife who is a very patient person & a fan of Versace, I would never go in there. I agree with every comment posted about the deplorable customer service. So with that said, my wife birthday is this coming (Oct 15, 2023) Sunday & she wants these Versace over or under the knee boots, I will endure the terrible customer service once again for her!

Good evening,This is Sam, a top seller at Michael Kors. I was at your store on 2/9 at 3:10 PM. The manager on duty refused to order an item for me and conculde my transaction after sharing my identity. I understand that an appointment is necessary. However, if the store is completly empty and two emplyees were wondering around staring at their phones, I expect some respect since we all work under one corporate! I wasnt planning to come in but was inquiring about bridal shoes and a slider grabbed my attention. There was not a single customer in store that they could make a commission of yet they refused to help me out. They said, “we work of commission and that we dont make any commision from your purchase! You have to make an appointment with the store manager..” However, she gave me an associate manage card? Their story was inconsistent and apparently they just want me out. How unprofessional? Mind you that, I used to be a customer of Versace and Nicholas was my sales person before I even work for MK! Its a huge concern that needs to be addressed and very bad service to employees. I dont think you would like to be treated this way when you vist our store!

I bought I Ear ring and I did not like it, I returned it immediately and that was in November 8th 2022 and I didn’t receive yet my refund, tried to call the customer service multiple times with out any help, I am in shocked to receive this treatment from Versace and I am still waiting for my refund

The Versace store inside of Somerset Mall is an intimate store that has all of the latest and hottest fashions. You can order online and set it up for in-store pick up, pay with Apple pay/Google pay/Samsung pay, or pay with Klarna. Alicia was awesome. If you have any issues, you can text them directly with what ever problem you're having or if you wish to place an order. Nick Steven and are both wonderful also. They really make you feel warm and welcomed. Be warned, there is a no refund policy. It is exchange only. Probably due to Covid-19. Don't let that deter you. Stop in and treat yourself

I bought a scarf and wore it once. A main thread came apart at dinner and unraveled the scarf. The store manager Meredith was so rude when I told her what happened. She told me she’s “sorry” and I need to “find a good tailor”. What a joke. The stuff they sell here has went down hill. China quality and they don’t stand behind their product. This location has horrible customer service every time I’m there. I will no longer returned and I emailed corporate about the situation. They need to close this location and fix quality!
