I had horrible customer service from a staff member in the Brighton location. Walked in today to this other location close to work and they helped me immediately!!
I will literally only go to this Verizon store by my work from now on. They helped me transfer data, quickly, was pleasant, professional and kind. Not cocky like the gentlemen at the Brighton location.

Great customer service! Transferred 6 lines from T-Mobile and the process was smooth and fast. Marcus took the time to make sure there were no hiccups and got the ball rolling as soon as we walked in. I highly recommend this store!
