The people here always have an attitude, always unpleasant and unhelpful. I was prepared to buy a couple of shirts, but walked out and bought from Nordstrom instead.

I had a truly unpleasant experience at the store recently. The employee accused me of always trying sizes without making purchases, despite having spent thousands of dollars there. This not only embarrassed me in front of my friend but also led to the employee looking up my account to confirm my previous purchases. The comment was rude and left me questioning the quality of customer service.

I’ve shopped here a hand full of times and the shirts were fine. I bought a shirt 2 weeks ago and I was instructed to wash it on cold (I normally dry clean them but figured I’d take the recommendation). After one wash the short had an odd deformation. I assumed keeping happy customers in house was key here since their shirts are not cheap, so I figured they would allow me to swap it out for the same shirt, since it’s been such a short amount of time and it was washed one time, per the stores instructions. They immediately told me that since I washed it, they cannot swap it out and l’m stuck with a $90 shirt I wore one time. Last time shopping here.

I ordered three shirts for my husband to give as a Christmas present. Ordered in the second week of November. I have not seen the box and when I called the rep said it was delivered November 30. After ransacking my home, I could not find the box. I chatted online with a customer rep and asked if there was a pic of the delivery. The rep said my package was lost by Fed Ex. Never apologized but offered to replace my items. The fact they incorrectly told me it was delivered I nearly took the loss thinking it was my fault and I lost it. To then discover it was never delivered I was done. I asked for a refund I do not trust this company. My husband did not get his present for Christmas and the surprise was ruined. Not to mention my peace of mind, thinking for over a month that I lost the package.

These shirts fit great for about 4 wears then they start to stretch and rip in places where there is no seam. I returned 3 ripped shirts and 2 shirts that were gifts that didn't fit, and the woman told me I am on a "list" of too many returns and acted very suspicious. This is unfortunate because these shirts fit great but they don't last and obviously the customer service at my local store sucks.

Disappointed in the customer service. Walked in, a young man (who seemed new) greeted me. The other two women (one younger, one older) ignored me and spent the entire time I was in the store on their phones. Even when I checked out (gift card), they remained on their phones, elbows/arms on the check out table as I paid. Didn't even look up or say hello. If my husband hasn't asked for a gift card from here for Christmas, I would have left without buying it.
