Selvana is the best.
I got my corrected tax form just a few days before the deadline, and I couldn’t get in touch with my usual tax preparer. I called my brother, and he referred me to this place. When I called, the person I spoke with was very nice and professional. She told me to drop off my papers and said they would call me when they were done. Later that evening, Selvana called to tell me my taxes were ready to be signed.
Selvana was amazing! She was quick, efficient, and very friendly. I went in, signed the papers, and was out in less than two minutes. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with tax preparation. In the past, I would spend hours waiting at my tax preparer's office. The service here is incredible and truly professional. Plus, we got our tax refund within two weeks of filing. We usually wait months to get it, so this was the first time we’ve received it so quickly.
I highly recommend this place for anyone needing their taxes done quickly and efficiently. Selvana and her team are fantastic! Keep up the great work ????

Bashar has been “working” on taxes for my parents for the past 4 years. Over this time, their filing was delayed, filed incorrectly and they even over payed for one of the years (due to miscommunication and lack of knowledge from Bashar). Bashar did not know how to make any corrections and interest kept accumulating. Keep in mind Bashar has already received his payment in full. Whenever we notified him of receiving a new notice of interest from the IRS (due to his delays and errors), he would just say to pay it, as if money grows on trees. During the past 4 years, he has shown complete lack of knowledge, unwillingness to correct his mistakes, lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness (uses multiple email addresses and it’s impossible to know which one is current, never replies to emails, always says I’ll call you back and he never does). He does not know how to work with the IRS, or when to call them, not even how to log into the IRS account (there is a way for tax professionals to log in). My parents had to keep working with him for personal reasons, otherwise they would have went with a different accountant. Now I am the one working with my parents and the IRS to correct the issues. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY’RE FULL OF LIES.

I work with Fadia and she is one of the best accountants I know. I had many life events (marriage, 1031, started a LLC and purchase of a mer home) and didn’t know how to file this year. I went through 2 tax experts who were not knowledgeable enough to do my taxes. She cleared her schedule to get it done, made sure she did it right and was completely affordable. She has saved me thousands and I can’t thank her enough! Absolutely would recommend and will be coming back for her services.

I did one year tax return at Ultimated accounting with Bashar and his team , I got audit on my file because he did it all wrong and it cost me a lot to fix all his mistakes. Differently all there file stand for fraud 100%. They don't know how they do it. And all what they told you is a lie.

We just switched our accountant to Unlimited Accounting & Tax Services. We had our 2022 taxes amended and are very happy with Bashar and his team. He is very knowledgeable and does everything by the book to save his clients money. Well worth the change, we will be working with him for the unforeseeable future.

I would NOT recommend. TERRIBLE customer service. EVEN WORSE ACCOUNTING! (In my opinion!) I waited over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment, just to be sent to another agent. While getting my taxes filed, the agent walked out the room multiple times and took multiple phone calls mid- conversation. Everyone was SUPER RUDE. Called in to ask a simple personal question reguarding my taxes and took them 2 days to follow up.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Set me up with a appointment 2 times and both times I just sat there waiting for my turn just to find out they never set it in there calendar. Twice! Then after waiting for 45min while everyone walking back and forth they say sorry and to come in just to sit there in the daughters office while she spoke to someone more important to her on the phone about their taxes. Trashy customer service and if your not big time then your not important. The daughter of the owner is the worst there. Never would recommend them to anyone
