got my finger prints taken here a couple days ago because i got a job offered by usps. the asian man who took my fingerprints was absolutely awful. i get it you hate your job and want to take it out on innocent strangers who did not do anything do you but you don’t have to. please get some help, actually.

Not only am I disappointed that the shipper sent the package USPS instead of FedEx like it was supposed to, the mailman did a weak knock on my door when he tried to deliver my package. I have two doorbells, one being a ring. Someone was home and didn't notice his weak knock on the door so it had to be rescheduled. He might have got my dogs attention but she barks at the sound of anything outside. It would have been nice if he would have had a little more common sense to use at least one of the doorbells when someone was home so this inconvenience could have been avoided. Now I have to pick it up from the local post office because my package requires a signature.

I was offered a job and needed my fingerprints done and this location was closed to me and was told by staff a.k.a Smoky he to busy to make my appointment on 2 separate occasions! Extremely unprofessional, I’ve been working short staffed in the hospitality industry and I still managed to maintain professional hence the reason I need my fingerprints done so the community can stopped dealing with subpar customer service because at this point the world is short
