Came in to get my hair colored by Mirna! She has a lot of experience in the hair industry and cares about the health of your hair! And how you feel. She is really caring and sweet! But most importantly she does her job very well. My hair looked amazing and felt so good! She is definitely one who just "gets hair"... it was just very natural to her and you could tell. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment with her at this location.

Mirna is such a great hair stylist she’s so friendly and so very sweet and very good at her job !! She’s excellent at knowing which hair cut fits whichever face, hair treatment are always so fun, and overall a great all rounder when it comes to hair !!

I had my eyebrows laminated and tinted for the 1st time here. I believe her name was Erin. Amazing job, my brows look as lush as they did when I was a youth, long time.

I wanted to share my great experience with all of you shoppers, and especially to her boss atThe Troy store recently. Her name is Rachael, she is the manager. She is a true professional in every way. She knows what great customer service is and should be. Something we have gotten away from in today's world. It" sad, but it is people like Rachael that lets us all know she hasn't given up treating people with kindness and respect. We could use more people like her these days. She greets you with a smile and ask how she can help you, and doesn't stop helping you until she has completed the process of helping you to your satisfaction and walking out the door with a smile on Your face. I had to return 10 items from another store that Ulta accepts for that store and it took awhile to process and she had to call them for more information, while helping others along her path as they asked her a question. Also making sure the front counter was covered to help other customers. She did/does it all. She knows what to say to people to make them feel good about their experience. Any company should be proud and appreciative of such a caring pleasant employee to represent your company. Take good care of them. "Bonus's work, too! Right? If you look up "Great Customer Service" you will find Rachael's name.She is the textbook meaning of CS. She's a keeper! Please make sure she sees this, she deserves it for all to see and know. She is a great asset to your company!!

I have been coming to Ulta for haircuts for myself and my children and for hair treatments for myself and my kids. Mirna is the stylist we go to she is amazing and so sweet we have seen improvements with our hair thanks to her! She has years of experience and is amazing at what she does if u come to Ulta salon definitely book an appointment with her trust me u won’t be disappointed!!

I hate to do this because I love Ulta and the Troy location is conveniently near work. But twice in a row (and a few times before) I've had to just set my items down in line and leave. This is because the cashier stands there dilly-dallying at the register with some obnoxious customer/group of customers counting out pennies or trying to make decisions or making phone calls. Instead of reassuring customers in (long) line, or having them step aside and wait as the customers ready to go get rang up, the cashier slowly walks back and forth behind the register doing whatever. Or stands there ignoring the long, growing line. Nobody even opens another register! Today I set my nice $50 shampoo down and just went to Rite Aid.

I brought my daughter here for a wash, condition, and define for her curls. The woman in the salon, Mira, has absolutely no clue how to treat curls or which products to use. When i tried to let her know what the stylist at Ulta in Florida, where we used to live, had been doing for my daughter's hair, she just told me that she uses the same products for all clients hair... She shouldn't be able to take appointments for curls if she is not knowledgeable about how to care for them. Thank God I didn't make an appointment for a cut because that would have been a disaster.
