Troy, Michigan. However, it wasn’t until just recently that I discovered stylist Emily M.,
and I am thrilled that I did!
Emily is so friendly and kind. But, most of all, she is an extremely talented colorist and stylist. Emily somehow uses color and gloss to create dimension in my thinning hair.
She is a true master at her craft.

Brandy F. cut my little sisters hair and did absolutely amazing! Asked so many questions-was so kind and patient with her. We left with her grinning ear to ear because she loved her hair so much. Could not recommend a better stylist, especially if you haven’t been to a salon in a minute! Will definitely be coming back to Brandy in the future!!

Brandy did an incredible job on my hair! I walked in with a matted blonde mess, and she immediately suggested toning instead of dyeing. The results were even more beautiful than I had imagined! I 100% recommend her—she's super friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure I was happy with my hair at every step of the appointment! I will definitely be back :)

Went in today for the first time for the salon. The lady doing my hair did a great job. The problem was is she wanted to make more money off me so she charged me for an extra service I did not receive. I got a haircut $67 and balayage $176, and a treatment $25. That’s supposed to equal out to be $268. Walked out charged $318. Saw the itemized bill that said root touch up. Store manager tried to make it sound better and called it a root blending and that it’s an extra charge to the balayage. Was very upset called corporate and they apologized and filed a complaint to get me refunded the extra 50 something dollars I was overcharged. Learn from my lesson and ask for itemized bill before paying. Very unprofessional.

Frustrating experience. I tried to purchase a hair dryer which was very clearly marked on sale. When I went to the register I was told it was full price, and when an associate went back to check she confirmed full price. I went back to check myself and found someone removing the sale sticker. This is a case where they could have kindly explained that the sale ended when I asked, instead they gaslit me into thinking I hadn't actually seen a sign at all. Next time you should honor the price your customer saw. Comes off real shady to remove the sticker and not mention it. Do better.
