I stay at Tru hotel locations 1-3 times a month and last night was the worst experience. I waited at guest check in for 10 minutes before the associate came out of the back. I understand taking breaks, but he sauntered out with no urgency. There were balls of hair and dust in several places on the bathroom floor and next to the beds. The shower had hair on the tile and floor. The best part was the ripped sheets on one of the beds. Not one or two rips, closer to 15 spots that were worn through. Completely unacceptable. I'm curious who felt confident putting those sheets on the bed! It's probably time to find a new place to stay.

It was just an overnight stay. Very neat and clean. Loved the shower, the force of water was jus right. The heating and cooling was perfect. Everything worked and the lounge area was really pretty with the single swing chairs.

- this was my first and last attempt at trying the Uber trendy Hilton brand Tru. Because... they truly stink with their customer service. If your going to have soap dispensers- pro tip make sure they are filled every time you service a room. Also when I ask you to service a room you should do it, not robotically respond with you only do it every 4 days. I've never had a Hilton property refuse a housekeeping service until now... soooo trendy and edgy. The sheets have pilings all over them... gross, throw them out housekeeping, there's a reason why I asked the room to be serviced. The whole room is all minimalist decorated like others said... out of a dorm room or the local IKEA. Truly I won't ever be back to this property and unlikely any other tru branded Hilton.

The hotel was beyond clean, as well as the room. Its quant and perfect if you are on a business trip. The seating in the lobby is fun and hip and great if you want a comfy workstation. There was a pool table in the lobby and complimentary coffee 24/7. Not sure why there are bad reviews, everything was great. I would recommend anyone in the area to stay here. Its a brand new clean hotel and right off the interstate.

I had an excellent stay here earlier this week, and it was made better by an exceptionally friendly and helpful guest specialist named Riki who was awesome to me.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget, no-frills site that is safe and in a decent location. There’s no hotel restaurant or bar on-site, but they do provide breakfast, complimentary coffee/tea and their reception area has some snacks and drinks for purchase. It’s good enough. Lots of seating too and a billiards table for entertainment. To anyone thinking of booking here, please be nice to the staff and don’t expect Ritz-Carlton accommodations. I saw two ugly Filipino women being very demanding, but meanwhile, they’re staying at a 2-star hotel, so it’s never good to be cheap AND have attitude like these two animals. If you want the finer things, go for a premium hotel.

Not a bad place. Facility was clean, customer service was friendly. No microwave in the room sucks when you get a fridge.

Very dirty hotel. Beds were made with ripped & dirty sheets. Went through 3 rooms - late at night - before leaving the property altogether. I would steer clear!Rooms: Not clean at all

I learned two things from this experience. Pay close attention to reviews and room description details ahead of time. Also, if your room is unacceptable when you walk in go immediately go to the front desk and demand another room (which we will do ever after)! I don’t think, however, another room would be any better and possibly worse. We did check out the next morning instead of staying 2 more nights. When we walked through the front door we were assaulted with loud rap noise (I’m not calling that garbage music). It was late in the evening so shut it off already. We were hungry and unfamiliar with the area. There was a dry erase board at the elevator but it was so streaked and smudged we could only fully view 1 or 2 names. No indication of where those were. The room gives you claustrophobia the instant you walk in. It is cramped and tiny. (The description reads 228 Sq feet- so that is VERY small). Not enough space for 1 adult let alone 2. We kept bumping into each other; not enough space to walk around another person. This room lacked so many amenities I have seen in even the cheapest motels. No closet (the entire room is not much bigger than a closet so henceforth doesn’t have one), no drawers of any kind, no ice bucket, no microwave, no coffee maker,a very low counter under the TV, no fan in the bathroom, not a lot of counter space for toiletries, and no blanket on the bed. The bed was comfortable but a king so it took up almost the entire room.We determined very quickly we were leaving in the morning. When we did the front desk clerk did not apologize or offer to address our concerns. Dana P was rude and actually laughed at us. One other thing that was really wrong was our room rate was going to skyrocket to $185.00 for Friday and Saturday night from $129.00 on Thursday. This is legalized theft and it is morally wrong. The room wasn’t worth more than $50 and of course we will never stay at ANY Hilton property again.

This hotel is newer but it is already extremely unhygienic. It is a pet friendly hotel and it smells like dog the moment you enter. I have been given rooms with hair, makeup and stains on the pillows and sheets, floor dirty, and the windows in the rooms do not open. When I checked out, I waited in the lobby until my ride arrived and did some work on my laptop while waiting.Who I assume to be the manager came over and asked me was everything okay, mind you, my laptop is out and my bags are next to me. It’s clear that I was a guest and was working on my laptop in the lobby. Am I not allowed to sit until my ride arrives in the lobby? I let her know all is fine and I’m waiting on my transportation. As I walk out and leave, she says nothing but greeted everyone else who left before me. This tells me she was not genuine in questioning was everything okay. This encounter and the lack of cleanliness in the rooms, I will never stay here again. The Marriott next door is amazing, clean, quiet and the staff all greets you.

Nice clean rooms, but have to laugh as a Diamond member they tell me I have to pay for water and snack, yet it clearly says in the benefits offered, snack and water…whatever. One of the many reasons I’ve been staying at more Marriott’s this year…Rooms: Clean

Beware of getting NOTHING YOU PAY FOR. Do not spray lysol in this hotel or you will be the enemy of the STAFF! May sure you bring lysol wipes because all of the surfaces are dirty! Also ask to check you A/C before check-in.Rooms: Rooms are VERY small like a BOX. No, microwave only a mini fridge, no closet, no place to sit or lay your luggage. THAT SMALL!

If you smoke make sure you throw your cigarette packages outside in the trash instead of leaving them in your room, and yes they will say that you we're smoking in your room just because you left it in the trash can with cigarette packages and empty cartoons in your room. Watch your credit card and make sure that they don't charge you a smoking fee of 250.00 dollars. I am fighting with the hotel on this. They said it's he says she says. We did not smoke in the room ever. We are in our 60s and we know better than that.Rooms: Very nice, but smallNearby activities: Buddies pizzaFood & drinks: Morning breakfast was good ?

During our stay my husbands motorized wheelchair shorted out.Brian the GM Tim the time to help my daughter (used her lunch hour to come to the hotel and help me) and I load the chair into my vehicle.Brain and his staff are amazingRooms: We had a handicap accessible room and it was acceptionally clean. And as a former housekeeper there is a lot that I look at when I enter a hotel room. Well those housekeepers are on point they didn't miss a thingNoteworthy details: Not only do they have a pool and gym they also have guest laundry room and a pool table
