We bought our car last April. At the time of purchase, we were clearly told that we would receive two free services, and no additional conditions were mentioned. I received the first service for free. However, for the second service I was told that I had to pay because I had exceeded a yearly mileage limit — something no one had ever informed us about. Once you go over that limit, they claim you no longer qualify for the free service.
When I scheduled my first service appointment, the advisor told me that my mileage was high but the oil was still good because I mostly drive on the highway. They rescheduled my appointment for two weeks later, which caused my mileage to increase even more. Now, during my latest visit, I was told again that my mileage is too high and that I no longer qualify for the “free” service.
Troy Honda misleads customers about their so-called free services. The service department itself does a good job, but the way they handle the service promotions is dishonest.

Joe Camilleri at Troy Honda made my leasing experience seamless. He was attentive and efficient, immediately discussing current leasing offers. After driving the Accord, Civic, and CR-V, his input helped me confidently choose the affordable Accord lease. No signing surprises! Ask for Joe.

Very Poor Oil Change service at Troy Honda! Not an articulate service Rep. at desk!!! 1) He Could not speak (answer questions) with clarity. 2) Also, desk Rep. said they must charge me extra $$$ to inspect breaks (come on now!!!), 3) gave very poor instructions on where to pick up car when service complete 4) They washed car at end (without asking) with dirty water - did not wipe (or blow off) any water off the car, and left mega spots all offer .... mind you, this is when I had just had come from Jax (car wash) down the street before showing up to Troy Honda for Oil Change. 5) They said I needed a new Air filter, I declined .... When I got home and inspected the air filter myself, it was virtually new and clean and did NOT need replacing. When I go to the Honda dealership, I expect superior service and respect! I felt like job-blow customer at Dicks oil change and lube!!!

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent service experience at Troy Honda.
On October 23, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for service due to a warning light issue. I was charged $230, which included an oil change and a diagnostic check to address the problem. However, after the service, my vehicle still has issues. When pressing the gas pedal, the car jerks and hesitates during acceleration. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing — especially since I expected the issue to be resolved when I paid for the service.
I initially reached out via email to Ken Kline (Service Manager) and Rolland Gilbert (Parts Manager), but received no response. This silence from your service department is unacceptable and has made my experience even more frustrating.
I expect this matter to be handled promptly and professionally, including a proper inspection and resolution without additional cost, since the original problem was not fixed.
I’m also CC’ing Bladd, the salesperson who sold me the car, so he is aware of this situation.
I look forward to a timely response and a clear plan to resolve this issue.

Very rude staff, dirty and musty waiting area, and a terrible coffee station. On top of that, they set the service fee before even finishing the repair — like customers have no say. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back here.

July 2024 my car broke down on me from what seemed like a simple misfire. I took my car to Honda to check it out they sent me a 9,000 bill back with a book full of problems! I asked over and over do they think the problem is $9,000 worth of work? Or can I pay something to get it fixed and get the other things fixed at a later date. They insisted that it was the engine and I needed a new engine new sensors head gasket a whole list. I had to tow my car after months of it being at Honda, I lost jobs got behind on rent, even tried to sell my car to Honda, & they told me because the car couldn’t move they would scrap it and can only give me $500 for it. Yesterday we found a guy who changed 4 spark plugs, & 4 ignition coils and sent me on my way for under $500. The same car Honda quoted me $9,000. They tried to get me to sell my car for $500 to fix it for $500 and to sell it for quadruple the price. Totally unprofessional made my life a living hell for a year and a half for a measly 9 grand. Disappointed and will never bring my Honda anywhere near this vicinity again.

We recently purchased a used Mazda CX-5 from Troy Honda, and the entire experience was seamless. Bill, our point of contact in sales, was incredibly receptive and answered all our questions patiently. His guidance and support throughout the process, right up to handing us the keys, was exceptional. I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a smooth and professional car buying experience.

Overall - awful experience. My car was scheduled for Tuesday Sept 2 at 07:15. I dropped the car off the night before with the key in the drop box. No one even looked at my car until Sept 4. So it sat for over two days. I was never contacted as they said they had my phone number under a completely different name. I was then told, when I called multiple times, that my car was not seen as they were backed up from Labor Day Weekend, yet my car was slated for 07:15 on Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. Moreover, I left three messages with the department, all of which were unanswered. I arrived to finally pick up my car and it was not ready. This was an overall terrible service.
