I’ve lived down the street from this hardware store for almost 9 years and I’ve never visited. After today, I will be a frequent customer! Not only did they help me choose the correct lawn mower blade, they installed it! Turns out I was working with the owner and I am happy to say he went above and beyond to help a first time customer.

We had an old plumbing that was impossible to replace due to size, but not at ACE, my husband ran into a plumbing pro behind a counter and he fixed all pipes and connections and only charged us for parts! Saved us millions and really enjoyed helping us! He deserves a raise, but we dont know his name! But ACE always delivers on help and service ✅ thank you!

I just had a bad experience at this place. After purchasing a bag of top soil and one other item, some young Guy working there comes charging out to our Vehicle demanding to see a receipt like we stole something. I wanted to support a local small business, but apparently Trevarrow Ace Hardware doesn't appreciate and respect their Customers. I will just take my business to Home Depot from now on...

Why go to the dealership and spend $400 or more to replace your car's lost smart key? Trevarrow will do it quickly and expertly at a fraction of the cost. It turned out that my lost key was the "master", and the remaining valet key could not be copied with full functionality. But Trevarrow was on the phone with the manufacturer, in the store parking lot, to get the proper codes for programming lost functionality. Similar experience with repairing an exterior water spigot from an older home. Trevarrow wouldn't give up until it was right! Be sure to sign up for ACE Rewards to get extra discounts.

We have used Trevarrow Plumbing for years and have been happy. They showed up on time, stood behind their work, returning promptly if continued repairs needed to be done. They were normally priced.

Went to get double sided gorilla tape. Asked an employee where I could find it. He pointed and walked away. I'm only 5'1" and the tape was out of reach for me. Then I found another employee, asked if he could help. He raised his hand as to sayhe was busy. He wasn't holding or pushing anything. He wasn't with a customer. So I decided that the pruning shears I had grabbed should be put back. I wasn't going to purchase stuff if I couldn't get the help. As I was putting them back, I thought I would ask this young re headed employee if he would mind helping me. He did. It shouldn't take asking 3 people to get help. There were only 2 other customers in the store at 9:30am. Not going back!

I was there twice about lightbulbs, very helpful and friendly staff both times. Nice selection on everything I was browsing, found interesting items. I loved the more personal old timey atmosphere better than the big box stores. Will be back.
