Staff were very professional and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked.The Manager provided excellent service to replace a recently purchased item that was defective. I recommend this store.

Tommy Bahama Customer Service is the best. In our world where customer service is an oxymoron, Tommy Bahama still comes through. I love their On Par IslandZone Shorts. They are super comfortable and come in plenty of different colors and inseam lengths.

walk into the store tonight not greeted at all, walk around looking, another employee walks past me says nothing. I ask for help with a sizing no response not sure if the man heard me. A lady walks out of the back looks at me says nothing. Bad experience was expecting more of a friendly staff not helpful at all. Finally as I was leaving the store the older gentleman asks if everything was okay but I was already half out of the store. Thank goodness for him at least checking on me

Love Tommy Bahama retail store in the Somerset Collection, Troy, MI. Sales personnel are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I was most recently assisted by Dan Cooper as well as (his co-worker? manager?) Chris. Very courteous, professional team.

There was a time I would have given this company 10 stars if I could have. I could walk into the Tommy Bahama store and get clothes in the size I wore off rack without trying them on and the fit and cut were perfect. Now you never know what size will fit. Size and cut is always different and fabric is much thinner and lighter weight. My wife said same thing about women’s clothing. We use to spend minimum 5k a year between the 2 of us. Living in Sarasota Florida there clothing was perfect for us. They still have great designs. Now the only thing I buy is short sleeve linen shirts and occasionally short pants but I have to try each one on to make sure fit is correct. My wife doesn’t buy anything she feels the value is no longer there.

Employees are always friendly and very helpful - I went in to store to find a shirt for my husband I had seen online - when I was in the store I couldn’t find what I was looking for so the gentleman helping me pulled up the website and all the mens shirts to help me - he found the one I was looking for in my husbands size. Always willing to gift box and bag and don’t look down on you like some stores if your redeeming loyalty coupon cards.

Great selection, fantastic customer service, very well taken care of store... I could go on but you get the picture. If you're looking for something casual, something for vacation, or even some fun business ready clothes this is a perfect place to stop.One example of their excellent customer service was when I recently purchased some Olukai shoes here for a summer wedding. When I opened them up I realized one of the stitches was unfortunately frayed. It wasn't noticeable from a normal distance so it didn't look bad but it wasn't built quite right. The worst part was that the wedding was the next day and they were out of my shoe size for replacement. They said it wouldn't be a problem for me to wear the shoes to the wedding the next day and exchange them for the new pair that was coming in a couple days. Truly a lifesaver!
