My daughter got her first Tiffany and Co necklace as a surprise trip!!!!.
Her name is Tiffany, so.......we had to.
The sales woman was fantastic with her. Talked directly to Tiffany as it was her gift, helped her try them on, and took her time with her. It was greatly appreciated.
It was a wonderful experience from start to end for my girl.

Just wanted to talk around and look to a ring for my mother for her birthday… the staff was following me as if I was trying to steal…not a welcoming environment!!!!!

I’m a huge Tiffany’s lover anyways, but recently went and purchased my fiancé’s wedding ring. Sally Aziz helped me with whatever questions I had, and was SO outgoing & friendly. I will be asking specifically for her every time I go in. Like I said, I already love Tiffany’s, but SHE made the experience way better. I hope she is appreciated there so she never leaves!!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the excellent client services by the manager (I believe) Nick for taking the time (20+minutes) to explain and show case the different styles of engagement rings and wedding bands to my girlfriend and I knowing we were not making a purchase today.

Sally was amazing , so personable , she covered every detail by making it feel like a personal experience , she also engraved my bracelet which came out amazing . I would recommend to ask for her .

Love my Tiffany jewelry! My bracelet broke off and I sent it in to be fixed. I paid to get it fixed, but my problem is that when I received it back, it was longer than it was originally. I reached out to get it back to the original size so I can wear it and they charged me the full repair amount of $100.00 again to take out 3 beads to the original size I purchased it. Understandable to pay the full $100.00 for a repair but an extra $100.00 to get it back to the original size prior to the bracelet breaking is too much.

The customer service attitude is very bad. I spent US$6,000 on a bracelet. Within two weeks, it deformed. I went to the store for repair. The customer service asked for a US$1,000 repair fee. Are you robbing Tiffany of your money? This is a quality issue with your product. I told the customer service that I am a loyal customer of Tiffany. How could I know that if you just tell me that you will give me 1,000 dollars and I will repair it for you, are you trying to steal it?

A year and a half ago, my husband proposed with a beautiful ring which was over $25k. Fast forward to today. The diamond fell out despite an alleged lifetime warranty on the ring. I work at a desk job and can’t think of any reason why the prongs wouldn’t stay after less than 2 years. To add salt to this all, Tiffany’s is asking for $875 to fix it! This is after speaking to two sales representatives and being a loyal customer. While I have received great service previously, I am very frustrated and disappointed in the store and their service. I would not recommend buying from Tiffany’s.

The staff is extremely helpful. Sally is a ray of sunshine to the store. Caroline the manager also very very helpful.
