Really bad customer service by the greeter. I was not greeted when I walked in or at the register. Further, they did not know the answer to many questions, and when they did, they did not advise me correctly. I drove an extra 25 mins to white oaks mall where I received good service.

The staff there was unbelievable. Got almost everything that I wanted. They went the extra mile to get me what I was looking for AND more. I wish I could keep coming back to the store. Also, since I was buying there for the first time I got absolutely out of the world discounts from their XPLR program. Was a fantastic experience.

If you're going to sell chinese-made clothing at a 1500% markup, I would think you could at least acknowledge and/or greet shoppers.Especially on a quiet Friday morning, when staff outnumber customers 3:1.

Great place to shop. Lots!! of selections in most price ranges. Good to visit in winter when its cold outside. Multiple levels with lots of great people watching spots.

Huge upscale mall with 3 levels. Macys and Norstroms are the base stores. No Disney store :( Vera Bradley store will be closing soon. Small food court considering how many stores.

Both times I went to the store I was warmly greeted by the same young gentleman. He was helpful with the questions I had and made useful suggestions. The store is clean and well organized with a good selection. Plus they had a great sale On the exact Coat I wanted.
