I just wanted to say I had the best experience at this shop! Henry Paul and his crew are the best! When I brought my vehicle in for repair Henry said 3 to 4 days and my car was finished in half the time and it was washed too! ! Henry had already called for pickup to Hertz rental car and I was home to start work at 9am! Henry was very courteous during the whole process fast and very efficient! Thank you very much! I highly recommend this facility to do business again

I selected The Collision Shop based on a google search. I hit the jackpot!!! The service was prompt, courteous and considerate. My experience with The Collision Shop left me feeling that I had been treated fairly and with integrity. Thanks for creating an atmosphere of trust and honesty.

**NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB AND IT SHOWS*** Absolute scam artists. After being in a front end collision, I took my car here because they advertised free loaners. They do not offer free loaners and work through hertz and you have to pay 5 percent of your estimate to go towards the loaner if your estimate goes over $3k -none of which was explained upon arrival nor is there any paperwork to back up the agreement. They had my car for three weeks past their deadline (which added a significant amount to the rental) and when I was told it was ready for pick up, my front bumper was a completely different color. When speaking to the owner (Brad) about the issue, his response was a snarky "what do you want me to do about it?" He told me someone would call the next day to follow up. Henry called the next day and asked what the issue was, and after telling him the paint was the wrong color his response was "yeah, it does look worse in the daylight than it did last night." They made the correction, or attempted to (my car is still not the proper color) and informed me it was all set. After picking up my vehicle I found the headlights were never aligned, my wiper fluid lines are hooked up backwards (front fluid and back wiper activated and back fluid when front wiper blades are activated), pins that connect the trim to the frame were not placed, bolts were tightened too much on plastic pieces in the engine bay so it is now cracked, and they drained the coolant and wiper fluid reservoirs without refilling them so my car has been without coolant for weeks. They definitely do not call back when promised or give you any updates. Please, avoid at all costs!!!!

Melvin handed our insurance and body work. He assured us they would pay our deductible, which is why we chose them, but after 4 weeks of having our car, on the day of pick up, Melvin informed us they would not cover the deductible as promised, and we had to pay $435 in order for them to release the car back to us. We were not prepared for this. Not once, in the four weeks they had the car — with minimal damage — were we informed of this, not to mention the need to keep the car for a month. Work was missed and chemo appointments were almost impossible to get to. They were aware of all of this. When we didn't have the money for the unexpected charge, they informed us we would be billed a $60 per day storage fee. We did pick up and pay for it just to get the car out of their questionable shop, but we were not pleased. Communication was terrible. The boss and the manager did not talk or work together to have an accurate account, nor did they honor their original word. The insurance company, Progressive, also complained about having to deal with them. Melvin, sir, you did a horrible job with billing. I wouldve been okay with the bill, if we were informed at any point before we came to pick it up. After you held it late.The body work was from a hit and run accident. It appears to looks decent, but time will tell. I do not recommend this shop as they are dishonest.Services: Body & Trim

Brad was wonderful. I had such a great experience. He went above and beyond. After going to 2 other shops and rejecting them because they were not customer service friendly. I was so happy with the customer service. I would come back even though it is far my house and will recommend your shop because if Brad.
