The manager Sandy was very rude, spoke in a condescending manner after I asked for an item to be price matched for the discount that was listed on the pricing ticket. Afterwards she refused to sell me the product at all. Extremely unprofessional, I’m not sure how someone like that even got this position. Do better target .

The employees were rude for no reason. Their life is miserable so they try to make everyone else’s life the same.

Went to check out and had to get the little alarm tags taken off of our items, but when we were told to meet the self checkout lady in the end of the aisle by that same lady, she completely ignored us and just kept on going to other people and finally we had to ask another woman and it literally took two seconds for that second woman to take the tags off. Very poor customer service.

On Wednesday 4/17/24 in the evening, I was using the self checkout and witnessed the self checkout employee verbally attack a Shipt shopper (doesn't Target own Shipt?). The Target employee was yelling at the shopper and caused such a scene! All of the customers were looking at this employee. She was being so RUDE and OBNOXIOUS towards the Shipt shopper. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and LOUD the Target employee was carrying on and it actually made many of us very uncomfortable. I've never seen a cashier act that way towards anyone at the self checkouts at Target. I think the employee thought she was embarrassing the shopper with her verbal assault but, the Target employee actually looked and acted like a complete fool. I didn't know what sparked the Target employee's outrage but, all you could hear was her very LOUD voice and ramblings about "do you want me to call A.P.?" Whatever that means? And, SEVERAL, very LOUD "have a nice day(s)" (dismissing whatever the shopper said to her). I never did hear what the shopper said because the Target employee was too busy being super LOUD and aggressive!
So, after the most uncomfortable shopping trip I've ever had at a Target store, I followed the shopper in the parking lot and asked her what happened in there? And, if she was alright? The shopper said to me, "I just asked the employee to not touch my bags. I have a weakened immune system from my cancer and I would be glad to unzip the bags if she needed to look inside".
Wow!!!
Hey Target? How about you have your employee dial it down about 300 notches? Maybe it's time to replace her for someone with some people skills...and a heart?

Target creates the most satisfying shopping experience. The store is bright, fun and makes you want to buy more. Their apparel departments as well as the home goods department make you want to smile.

Visited this place for the first time on Monday. It's clean and organized, which I love about Target. We just moved from Texas and what I've noticed about the 3 Targets I have visited up here is that it's a ghost town. I've visited all 3 Targets at different times of the day and there aren't nearly as many shoppers as I would encounter at a Texas Target. Y'all do have Meijer as an option, which we don't have down south.Anyway, I found most of what I was looking for and checkout was a breeze.Unfortunately, I think I lost my pair of gloves while I was here. I tried calling ELEVEN times today, clicking on different departments (even Human Resources) and no one would answer. I called their customer service holiness and they couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. HOW EMBARASSING. It is something I've also noticed up here...no one answers the phone at Target. I tried visiting a different one to verify that an item was in stock and...NO ANSWER. Maybe since they don't have high volume shoppers, they also don't have many employees? They do have more self checkout than any Target I've visited. Either way, looks like I'll be driving out of my way to check out their lost and found when it could have been a simple phone call.

Good selection of products and food, it's always well stocked and easy to navigate. If I ever have any trouble finding something I know I can rely on their helpful and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to Robert in groceries, I always see him supporting his team but he's always willing to make time to help a customer!

If there is less than one stare ,I would give to this Target .My experience was a disaster. I went there for can recycling first the team member called another teammember in gust service, she came want me to recount all the can and she told me they don't take back just the one target sale she was extremely rude I told her I work in anthor target and we don't even re count the cans because we trust or guest, she said go to the other target in a very bad manner. She called the closing team lead he said we will not return the cans and go out and he was threatened me he will call the ETLI told him please call the ETL he said I'm the ETL and I will not return the cans .
