Alex was our sales rep and he did a phenomenal job very patient very informative, knowledgeable, and all areas of the vehicle and guided us through the process. It was one of the most pleasant experiences that we encountered. And Chandler signing final papers he did an outstanding job with us I would recommend anyone to go to Suburban Volvo. We bought a 2021 XC60 in June. After a few weeks we noticed some water intrusion. Found out the drain tube's for the sunroof didn't drain correctly. Suburban Volvo took care of it, free of charge and provided me with a 2025 XC60 as a loaner car.
Could not ask for better service.

Wonderful service. Had the breaks replaced. In addition to replacing the tires. It was time to get a front end alignment. All went well. The service department provided a loaner. Get loaner. The service helped me get some things done. Would not have been able to do that without the loaner. Thanks to Gillette for making this possible. Well done. One and all!

I plan on continuing to get my vehicles from this dealership for the foreseeable future due to their professionalism, friendliness and experience but especially because of the quality of vehicles.
Just tried to call for an update on my vehicle that is in for service (day 5) after texting for an update yesterday with no response. After trying ro get in touch with someone in service with no response multiple times, I finally tried calling the operator and after going back to dialing "0" a number of times was promptly hung up on by someone on the Volvo side. NOT a happy customer. Cannot get in touch with anyone for an update on my 2023 volvo that has been int the shop for 5 days now with NO communication from them.
