We bought a 2021 XC60 in June. After a few weeks we noticed some water intrusion. Found out the drain tube's for the sunroof didn't drain correctly. Suburban Volvo took care of it, free of charge and provided me with a 2025 XC60 as a loaner car. Could not ask for better service.
