I found a nice looking Terrain and went Monday morning to drive it. My mother needed a new car and I only had certain budget to work with. The car was much nicer than what other dealerships had for the price. Garret was my salesmen and worked with me to get everything done thru out the day while I was working. We were able to get mom into her new car and drive it home few hours later. Garret made experience quick and easy while being hassel free. I would definitely shop here again.

I went for an oil change today, and everything seemed fine until I drove 40 miles to Detroit and noticed a lot of smoke coming out. When I opened the hood, I saw that the oil cap was not put back on (the oil tank was left open). For sure the Technicians FORGOT and DIDN'T put a cap back on after they finished the job. resulting in oil leakage and spillage everywhere.I reached out to the live chat and spoke with Lauryn, Michelle, and Andrea. They informed me that they had forwarded my message to the management team and asked me to await their response. Uncertain about how much oil had spilled and whether it was safe to drive the 40 miles back home, Andrea assured me that a team member would contact me. However, I did not receive any response.Unfortunately, there is no provided email address or phone number to contact the management team directly or file a complaint. As a result, I am sharing my complaint here, hoping for a prompt resolution to address my concerns.Has been modified, 11/16/2023Richard Price from the service dept called me on Monday morning and asked me to bring my car in. Everything got cleaned and checked.

They have the best service! They are so friendly and they try to help you to find the best option! They make sure that you buy something that you like. They have No Mark Up and help with financing too. This is a location that i highly recommend to my friends and everyone!And also special thanks to Oman and Joe for spending so much time with me when i was trying to find a car that i want!

Horrible experience with this place! We found a car that we were going to buy in full, but since it was his first time buying a car, he wanted to finance with his bank so he could build his credit score. Joe Noller, the manager finance guy, refused to give us the purchase agreement and insisted that we finance with them. Not only that, he refused to hold the car for us when we had already put down for a reserve hold. And told us that we have hours to decide or he's giving it to someone else even though the salesman guy had told us that he can hold it. We walked out and bought the same car somewhere else. They texted us a couple of days later that the car is still available. We had a good laugh.

I had a great experience buying a new RAV4 from Danny David and the team at Suburban Toyota. He was very patient and showed me a range of vehicles while carefully explaining the features and benefits of each one. Danny did a phenomenal job in helping me determine which vehicle was the best fit for my family and I’m very happy with the choice. Taking delivery of the vehicle was an organized, streamlined process and the car looked fantastic. I’d definitely recommend Suburban Toyota whether you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and make sure to ask for Danny!

Rob, in service, is outstanding! I have been using their service department for years and he has been a pleasure to work with. Everything is explained, assistance with prioritization, things kept on deck/monitored. He listens! The work on my car has been top notch, the waiting area is exceedingly comfortable, they offer packages and courtesy transport within a certain mile distance.I may have purchased my car there, but the sales person's ears were pretty closed. Kept trying to take me through "their process," and I used the door and bought elsewhere.If you need service, get Rob!!!

Just left the dealership after bringing my truck in for service. The service advisor, Jeffrey (I believe), failed to inform me about the service charges for my request, which was to investigate a metal scraping sound that has been intermittently present since I acquired the vehicle from them. An issue I've made note to mention every tire rotation and oil change. They proposed nearly $300 to replace a less than $50 dust cover. I opted out but was immediately handed a $200 bill that included a tire rotation I requested (roughly $40) and approximately $160 in labor. I paid and then provided polite feedback about the necessity of upfront communication regarding unexpected additional costs, Jeffrey resisted, claiming that we had a discussion about these costs – a discussion that didn't take place. He even asserted that I had said things in a previous conversations that I had not. I understand that there are costs for service; that's not the issue. However, it was not discussed, and since the issue has existed since I purchased the vehicle from them, I erroneously assumed it might be covered. As I am the consumer, not the business, I'd argue that it is sensible to inform the customer of potential costs upfront, regardless of the situation. With that said, I had spoken to a salesman named George about upgrading to a significantly more expensive 4Runner TRD Off-road, but I now have obvious trust issues with this dealership and will not be moving forward with that purchase.

JEFF SPRING IS TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMERS SERVICE. HE HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. STILL HE IS A ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER. SERIOUSLY?? IF YOU WANNA BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN AVOID HIM. Did not give me a call when the car was ready. Did not give me an update on the car about what they did even when I went to pick up my car he sent me straight to cashier. He was so rude when I called to ask about my car being done and if I could pick it up cuz it had been 3 days. This guys when I called he said my car was ready so I got upset how come he didn’t call me then. He just started yelling at me & started saying I said this I said that and just hung up the phone on me. I have been going to Toyota Troy from last 20 yrs. Never had bad experience with other service department people.

The salesman was knowledgeable about the car and he understood my limits. Working with Lazar was a very pleasant experience; even working with me today (the day after delivery) to take me through the "registration'" process and make the computer screen come alive.

Everything was fine until I noticed three chips in the windshield. When I called I dealt with pure apathy. Typical car dealership, Best buds until the deal is done and then"so long and good luck? Also I paid cash and was there almost two hours! Why? Don't know. Friendly enough, but this was my second experience with suburban group and I would say check every detail thoroughly. Once it's sold your on your own... caveat emptor!

It was a good experience buying a brand new car at Toyota Suburban. Staff was nice, helpful and they managed to help me get a loan even though I am new in the country. The only negative point is that they were pushing me to get an insurance and buy the car without telling the interest rate of the loan. Besides that, everything was excellent, Toubee, the salesman is a nice guy.

Garrett was great! he’s really friendly and just tells you how it is. he went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted and he just made the whole experience a lot less stressful. The finance manager Darrius was also really nice and helpful!

Poor shopping experience. Made appointment online to drive Tacoma and Tundra. Showed up and nobody knew of my appointment. Sales associate was nice…but gave me a Tundra with no gas. Tacoma wasn’t even available to drive…which was the primary reason for making the appointment. Waste of time. Won’t be back.
