Eric is phenomenal. He truly goes above and beyond every time I interact with him. I appreciate his great customer service. He is the reason I will continue bringing my car to be serviced at the Troy Nissan.

I have been coming her for years and the service department deserves more than 5 stars. Both Anthony and Victoria are very professional and always go the extra mile for the customers. Both of these employees truly care about your vehicle and are very honest. You know exactly what needs to be fixed what the cost will be (no surprises) and approximately how long it will take. I appreciate both these employees and they definitely deserve recognition for going above and beyond everyday and for all the long hours they work! If they didn’t work here I would take my car for service at a different dealership and drive farther away.
One concern at this dealership is calling and it takes forever for the operator to answer and if you’re in the que we’ll forget about it and hang up because you will be waiting for a minimum of 20 minutes. The phone system should really be fixed.

This is the best Nissan dealership in Michigan. The service department is impeccable because they are concerned about what you're concerned about with your vehicle. I have been purchasing and having my vehicles serviced here since 2016. The salesmen and women are definitely professional and courteous. They are also very knowledgeable in great detail about the vehicles that they sell. Along with the vehicle I drive I was also encouraged to take a look at their comprehensive bumper to bumper and computer coverage with unlimited miles. I am so pleased that this very important and valuable package was suggested to me by my salesman Mr. Jermaine Phill. This unlimited miles coverage package is definitely worth the money especially for under $200.00 per month. I've had to use this extended coverage and it has already saved me thousands of dollars that I did not have for my vehicle and it is still running like a brand new vehicle. The service department is very thorough in advising what needs to be done and gives you the exact amount to be paid for services rendered with no extra surprise fees.

I've had great experiences with Suburban Nissan of Troy. I bought my car from Jermaine, and I have been a loyal customer of the service department- Tony and the service guys are awesome. I trust them to keep my car running at its best and I think that their prices are fair, especially when the work is good quality and reliable. I also love that this location provides a shuttle service where they will pick you up and drop you off if needed- so nice and helpful! I love my Nissan Murano so much and I hope they can help me keep it running for as long as possible.

No haggling prices, huge selection of vehicles. Miles was pleasant. As at all dealerships, it felt like the paperwork took forever.

The problem was solved. I was provided with a car to use for free while car was in for service for 4 days.Parts had to be ordered.Air conditioning system is now working fine.
