My vehicle, had damage from falling branches, due to a strong storm. Rachel Edgington was my estimator, and she and the technicians did a great job. Rachel was quick to respond to text, and answer questions I had. I hope I never need it, but if I ever do, I would definitely go back. They cleaned the interior as well, which was not expected, but definitely appreciated.

I recently took my car in for repairs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. Mike Robenhurst was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He made sure that my car was repaired quickly and efficiently, got my car looking brand new again!

Really underwhelmed with my experience at Suburban Collision. I chose them as they are the largest collision shop in the area thinking they would help me with my Jeep with some front end damage to the passenger side. Instead, I was told that my 2021 Renegade was most likely totaled and that there was nothing they could do to help me due to the shop being backed up as well. That made no sense to me as I drove off from the accident with no lights on in the dash even. I then took my vehicle to another shop and they said no, my car was not totaled at all and could be fixed within two weeks. Not sure what the actual situation was but it seemed like they just didn't care to help me.

Horrible experience. Avoid this shop. They held my car for over 3 weeks and didn't even put a finger on it. Worse? They charged my insurance for storage, and I had to towe it to another shop to fix it.

This place is horrible. They do not update customers unless you call for updates many times, they take forever, I got my car back and it stoped accelerating the literal next day. Do not listen to these google reviews look at the yelp reviews. Derek Hulme is horrible to work with and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I am very thankful for Mike Robenhurst and all the great technicians who worked diligently to repair my truck. This was my first accident and I didn’t know how to navigate the insurance claim, rental car, and repairs process. Mike helped to turn this process into a much more manageable one. They worked with me and were always available for me to call to check in with updates on my truck and made sure every detail I asked about was taken care of in order to return my truck back to me in excellent condition. I highly recommend Suburban Collision of Troy and am thankful for their great work!

Absolutely horrible experience!! They held my car hostage for 22 days, charging my insurance company storage fees without even laying a finger on it. And the cherry on top? They finally called me after three weeks to say they're not even certified to work on my vehicle! Unbelievably unprofessional and waste of time. 22 days without my car, and nothing to show for it. Avoid this shop like the plague! Unprofessional, inefficient, and useless. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
