Been coming here since I got my car. Brought it in Friday March 8th to be serviced/ diagnosed. Which should only take 30minutes- 1 hour 1/2. walked up to my service advisor after it had already been 1 1/2 hours and he said it would take 1-2 more hours. 30 minutes later not even he says that they are backed up and couldn’t look at it. I canceled my doctors appointment because of their inconvenience. Either they gotta hire more techs or sort something else out. But I’ll probably never come back.

Greedy dealership, has pretty incompetent service advisors. They had my car for over a month and did absolutely nothing for me, not even a loaner. Service manager John will pick up your calls maybe once out of 50-100 tries. The general manager doesn't seem to do much and is protected from upset customers for no reason. Seems to hide behind all the employees under him and has them deal with customers while he's too busy doing small talk and nothing productive (basically what I saw while waiting in the lobby). On top of that they'll charge you for doing absolutely nothing beneficial to your vehicle, and will tell you they'll do certain things for you when it just doesn't happen at all. In the end they'll point the blame to you and act like they didn't say any of the things they couldn't deliver. Had the audacity to call me months later and attempt to make an appointment for my vehicle. Prime example of a dysfunctional business begging for their customers back.
