We bought our first house through SW at the end of 2020, Samuel Johnny walked my husband and I through the process and answered our millions of questions without hesitation and was always responsive. We expanded our family, looking to buy again and will go through SW again. Thanks Sam!

Worst experience ever! My lender was always slow to respond. He promised DPA and at the last minute said it wasn't available. During the search he said that I could get up to 3% of the purchase price with a max of 9k. I looked into other options that were not as good so I went with what he offered. I had to ask about any requirements including education. This was dismissed saying I didn't need it. After the offer was accepted and the inspection was completed I found out the 9k was not available. Thank God I was in a position to close without it.Two weeks before our scheduled closing I was asking if anything else was needed. When I did get a response it was just to say we are on track to close. Well, we weren't. Closing got pushed back because they waited until 2 days prior to closing to submit to underwriting. Again, I asked was everything in place. I was told yes. The day of closing I was receiving docs from them to sign. They were 4 hours late with the financials!I wouldn't send a dog to buy a house with them!

I had a very positive experience getting a mortgage with Alex at Southwest Funding.
Alex and his team worked with me in a professional and courteous manner. A joy to work with!! Always responded when contacted They helped me navigate through the loan process and answered any questions I had. The loan officer I dealing with before didn't answer my calls, I had a very bad experience with Community First Lending. I was referred to Southwest Funding Alex helped me get my loan closed. I'm now living in my beautiful new home.
I would highly reccommend Southwest Funding LLC company to my family, friends and others.
