Reason for this point they have girl she had black hair she’s young and she’s white. She’s so rude customer service so rude. They’re not professional either especially this girl. They’re gonna lose a lot of customer. I like this store but I’m not gonna go back again ,before like couple months ago they have nice girl she’s Arabic. She’s very nice. .

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have replaced a staff that was polite and helpful with rude and “can’t be bothered” attitudes. To pay $80 for items and receive garbage service is unacceptable. I seriously recommend skipping this location entirely. Miserable people with no class or manners.

I had a terrible experience last night. I went into the store with every intention of purchasing 3/$99 bras and also the matching panties, and a pajama set. I always buy the wrong panties so I decided to go in person to make my purchase.There were no other customers in the store and two employees were working. I was not greeted, nor did they offer to help me… I assumed that I came in quietly and they just didn’t notice me so I did a loop through the store walking right by them where I was still ignored. At that point I just left the store and decided it was not worth purchasing from them. (if you want to fact, check my story, check your surveillance from last night I was in a magenta sweater).I highly recommend that employees greet people and also offer assistance in the store. There’s no point in having a store front because what I experienced is no different than shopping online.

Soma is on the 1st floor on the North side of Somerset Collection and next to Beyond juice. The staff at Soma must be instructed to make sure that they don't smile and are as cold as possible to their customers. If it weren't for my past experiences with their undergarments. I would definitely be going somewhere else. Also, they have a very small selection of the thongs, several colors, only two styles and not a lot smaller than Smalls. Are thongs not a thing anymore? I got one pajama as well, not many long sleeved ones that looked comfortable or for me. $132+ of purchases, at least they are running a special and taking off $40 for any orders over $125. It's something.

I had the same thing happen to me just now in the Soma Store in Troy. I tried on the strapless bras I purchased under dresses I had for vacation and the saleswoman asked me if I had worn it and I said no. I stood there as she argued with her manager that she had felt like it had been worn. How embarrassing. I will never purchase from this particular store. I will drive the extra 30 mins to the Rochester Hills location.

I purchased in store, tried on once I got home, then decided that it wasn't fitting properly, and attempted to take it back for a refund a week or so later. At first, the lady at the register fought with me that the items appeared worn and refused to issue a refund, until I kept insisting that the items were brand new and still had tags on and I remember her being in the store when I purchased. She reluctantly agreed and I was given the refund on my credit card. Then, I ordered online in a different size, and this order failed to be delivered. It said it would take about 3-10 business days to deliver, but I got an email confirmation of delivery within 2 days. When I called customer service to report that I didn't have a delivery, they told me I had to wait the full 10 business days, plus a couple extra days, to be sure that it wasn't just delayed. After about 2 weeks, I had to email several times and ask to be refunded. Most recently, I re-submitted my order online, but tried to have it shipped to another more secure address. I opted to pay for express shipping, thinking that it would be more likely to be prioritized and arrive. The money was deducted from my bank account, but no email confirmation was ever sent. Here we are another 2 weeks later, and I called customer service again to inquire why my packages are not being delivered. They were unable to locate my order or any of my information, claiming that it was automatically canceled because my billing and shipping address are different and that they did not collect any money from me. DO NOT SHOP THIS BRAND, unless you shop in store for items in stock and are 100% satisfied with the product and will not be returning any items. I highly recommend NOT ordering anything online for delivery. If they don't have it in store, you're out of luck.

This store is a specialty boutique that sells lingerie at a pretty hefty price. They don't have plus size bras and design selection is minimal. Fitting wasn't accurate. I did purchase a bra however I can't recommend this store due to its limited selection and price.

Make sure you really like what you purchase. This store won't give you a refund even with receipt, tags on, unworn and card in hand. Always claim that merchandise credit is the only option for return.Edit: called customer service number. Spent 41 min. They will refund in form of original payment but I have to mail it back.

Its a clean place with very helpful workers besides this one employee names TINA. She was extremely rude, She went off on her phone and just left me until someone had to come and help me out while I was in the fitting room. when I asked her why she didnt come back she didnt answer me and told me “Bye” Everyone else was great on the other hand
