I am always in and out, but today I felt weird vibes from two employees that were wearing tiny athletic shorts and jackets. Noticed them mostly talking to the male customers, flirting and all and making no sales.. They were standing around and talking about women in the store. One was petite and wore glasses, and the other tall with her hair pulled back messily. They have no place in a store/business that thrives on customer service like this.”

“I went into the Aldo store today, not feeling my best. As an older man, I sometimes get dizzy, especially when I forget to take my medication, which unfortunately happened that day. While I was trying to steady myself, a young lady working there I believe she said her name was Marleen, she noticed I wasn’t feeling well. She immediately came over with concern and asked if I needed help. When I told her what had happened, she kindly offered to buy me a bottle of water out of her own pocket. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care truly touched me. In a world that often moves too fast, Marleen took the time to make sure I was okay, and I’m truly grateful for her compassion.”

“My husband and I stopped in about 20 minutes before closing and the staff was so genuine and helpful. I always feel bad going into stores late and the girl that helped us was so gracious and kind. She had us measure our feet and recommended some great options for an upcoming trip.
