Went here today with the kids to get shoes and everyone here was very helpful. Hard to find that type of customer service at shoe stores.

Not sure if anyone actually works here, didn’t see anyone on the floor and the two people at the register avoided eye contact and were on their phones. I’m not here to train your staff so I left and went elsewhere. Not a huge deal but very strange experience.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very rude staff. Dismissive and arrogant when I was asking for help with prices. Don’t give your business to these people. They also scam because there was a pair of adidas shoes they were changing for $95 and we went to the adidas store instead in the outlets and the exact same shoes from Adidas were $59…

I tried to return a shoe, but the manager was rude and said no returns. I asked if I could get a different size or even upgrade to a better shoe, but they wouldn’t help at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever had! Not going back here again.

The worst customer service & very arrogant response from staff & store mgr. i bought puma shoes worth 80.00 $ a week ago & i went back to return after wearing off 2 days & was like new with no rust. because i had severe problem of Shoe bites, skin rashes on my toe. I wanted to exchange or purchase same amount or higher amount of shoes. However, she denied & talked rudely. How they treat & care of their customers. I believe, they don’t want customers. Big scammers with rude attitude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..?

I tried to return some shoes and the experience was terrible. For starters the employee already had an attitude because I wanted to do a return. Then she states that the shoe has been worn and I told her all I did was try them on she said well you can take it up with my manager. I stated that I drove an hour away I don’t have time to come back and she proceeded to ask well where do you stay? and tells me well why didn’t you go there to return the item. I look on the website and nowhere does it say there are other store “options” to return an item it tells me to go to my nearest Shoe Dept! She literally left me at the cash register by myself and walked away and said next time go there. I grabbed my bag and left. What great customer service.
