Kohl’s Sephora worker cheri had bad customer service and looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. I asked her a question about if I could stack a Kohl’s coupon on over my rouge discount and she was short with her response. Not only was she rude to me but to other customers as well and employees as well. She needs more customer service training.

Bad customer service. When you walk in, no one greets you or ask do you need any help.
Definitely won’t be coming back here.
Not to mention, you can’t even use your Sephora credit card here, at the Sephora store. Smh
My brother brought me and he even said the customer service was bad. He was going to buy a bottle of cologne that cost $200 but he chose not to because of the service here.
I also chose not to buy anything myself because of the service.

I'm a regular customer of Sephora, but my latest experience was far from great. I was there to sample some perfumes and used the test strips as anyone would. A old staff member not only kept pestering me after I said I'd ask for help if needed, but she also showed a lot of attitude. She made a scene by snatching the test strips, throwing them away, and making a loud, rude comment about my usage. This was in front of employees and other customers, which was quite humiliating. I didn’t wanna start an argument. I’m not sure why she was like this but I’d like her to know that she doesn’t own the store she WORKS there and she is definitely NOT paying for those tester strips either so yeah. It’s for staff to treat customers with respect, and I hope this review helps ensure that no one else specifically poc or hijabi has to experience this kind of behavior.

There are nobody available on the floor to assist. You have to wait in a long line in order to ask a question or get assistance. Instead of ordering and picking up I decided to go in and confirm that’s what I want since it said it was available for pick up today. Nobody was able to help me. Either put folks on the floor to assist and/or update your inventory online.
