Sephora at Kohl's Oakland Square is a beautiful place to visit and shop for a great variety of makeup, skincare, hair, and fragrance items from many brands. The experience with customer service can vary, as some associates are very helpful and really great, while others are not at all. The store is known to have restock issues, with many items never available. A noted inconvenience is that Sephora gift cards cannot be used at this location, only at standalone stores or online. Additionally, the store is often overly warm inside compared to the rest of the mall. Clients can use coupon options and find products to fit their budget.

    Store is well lit. Easy to find products and clean. I came in to do a purchase but was told they couldn’t price match online. Breanna was super helpful and sweet helping order online and it was ready in a few minutes. Nice store!
