Do NOT use Scott Schumaker as your agent!!! He will overcharge you and continue to increase your premium monthly for no reason. Also his agency does not answer the phone and they do not return messages!

Scott is truly "like a good neighbor." He's been the agent for my family for almost 30 years, as well as for many friends. He's always there for you when you want him and for when you need his services. The only slightly awkward thing is that he's also there when you don't need him. But with insurance, it's better to be safe than sorry.
