I enjoy buying high-end shoes, when you buy the best you look the best. The look fit and finish of Ferragamo brand is impeccable. I also enjoy there stylish clothing line too. The friendly service of the sales staff was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this business.

Went to the Ferragamo store in Troy this morning to ask about getting a repair of a $700 pair of shoes that have been worn less than 12 times. They have a small tear in them. Basically the manager came out and said, “they can’t be fixed”! No sorry, no let me help you get another pair, let me call the corporate store. When you spend $700 for a pair of casual shoes that are almost new it seems the store should have some resolution. I wasn’t asking for a new pair and I would pay for the repair. But this rude employee had nothing to say nothing to offer!! Not very customer service friendly!!!

Strange warranty guide lines for my $600 dollar belt.Bad hinge,factory defects do not belong or tranfer to the customer.

Do not walk in here unless you want to be looked down on and made to feel like garbage. The manager Val and the holier then tho men in the store are dishonest and condescending. Stay away. Shop at department stores or online.

Paid for a $500 belt for it to break within 5 months . This store has terrible customer service they offered to fix the belt but do not have a reasonable turn around process. It has been over 90 days and these people have nothing to say but sorry , DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
