Ordered parts to fix our living room windows. Package arrived in a timely manner, and the only part that didn't work was something I ordered incorrectly.
The sales department is excellent, and Greg G. does a spectacular job emailing needed information for returns and helping customers find the correct parts.

Purchased 2 vinyl stair treads for our garage and love the look and quality! Only place I could find a stair treads that would work with the rounded front edge of our stairs. Neighbors are ordering and installing the same just different color!!

I do not recommend this company at all. I purchased an Aluminum Bleacher Bracket through email & provided a picture and dimensions. I was given a very brief response, "Please select which bleacher you would like quoted" & a PDF attachment showing different bracket options. The L-Bracket I selected didn't have clear dimensions (see attached picture). I asked the representative for clarification on measurements. He didn't provide any help whatsoever & instead asked if I'd like to proceed with the order.
A week later I received my order & the bracket was incorrect. They day after receiving the order, I asked if I could return the part & receive a refund. The representative told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about a returning the part or receiving any refund. They didn't even apologize or offer any sort of resolution. I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

I was in need of a couple small hardware items that did not seem to be available locally, and for which shipping costs made it prohibitive ($3 for the items plus $15-$20 S&H!). RBrooke was no different - when I emailed they said sorry, their sales & shipping process makes cheaper impossible for internet sales. BUT then the guy on the other end said, "But I just could send you the parts for free." Arrived a few days later, at no cost to me. I can't say much for their process, but the people and customer service philosophy are excellent!

Have not received the order yet but have reservations now of merchandise matching description on website. Read reviews after the fact. This review is for the zero communication and zero reply to questions. Quick to punch my card and confirm order. Invoice states special order. Website indicates in stock item 1-2 days processing. Raises suspicion of scam. End result yet to be seen. Will do follow up review and adjust accordingly.

Always perfect, and great to deal with! I have ordered lock parts for my locksmith business from RBA for some time now and they are awesome. The parts they carry are not always available elsewhere and their service is five star in my book.

Their online shopping experience was exceptional but FedEx got a little rough with the shipment and damaged the item I ordered. 1 phone call and one verification email later, I received a notification that my refund will be processed. Excellent return/refund policy and amazing customer service! If I have another need, I'll definitely be ordering from Robert Brook & Associates again! Thank you!

We were extremely pleased with this company's product and customer service. Our original supplier shorted us a pilaster and said they could not get one to us for 3 weeks. Dominic was a tremendous help with contacting the factory to ensure we received it in 3 days for our final inspection. The pilaster came from the same factory the other company said would take 3 weeks.

I RECENTLY CALLED RBA TO ASK ABOUT SOME PANIC HARDWARE PARTS AND SHIPPING COSTS TO REPAIR OUR CHURCH DOOR. THE GENTLEMAN WHO TOOK MY CALL LISTENED TO THE DESCRIPTION OF MY PROBLEM AND IMMEDIATELY GAVE ME A CORRECT SOLUTION WITH A FEW PARTS FROM MY LOCAL HARDWARE STORE. I WILL NOT NEED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM RBA PRESENTLY , HOWEVER I WISH TO COMMEND THEIR SALESPERSON. I'M SORRY I DID NOT GET HIS NAME AS I WISH TO THANK HIM PERSONALLY. THIS WAS TRULY A CASE OF PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT. THANKS AGAIN.

I work with vendors all the time as a handy man for 30 sites. A vendor has to be something special for me to post a review. Jamey at RBA has been on top of his game sending me quotes and answering/returning my phone calls and any questions I may have had. RBA is my first go to for all partition and bathroom needs.
