I used their services to hem a skirt. They were very friendly but the service did come come out as I expected as I could see the stitches and there was a lot of bunching in front (judge for yourself from picture). Upon more careful analysis I could see they did not cut the extra fabric, they just left it folded inside (which I don't know if is the cause of the bunching). I can't wear it like this. I did not try to go back and ask them to fix because to me it seemed they simply do not know how to do hemming. I took somewhere else to fix.My husband used to be a dry cleaning client there and he also stopped going after they promised his clothes for him on a Tuesday(he needed them for next day), he went to pick up at 5pm and they were already closed (they usually close at 6) and he had no clothes to go to work next day.Service: Alterations

I recommend everyone to use their dry cleaning services. I brought a gown to them that needed cleaning and to get the wrinkles out. The wedding was the next day. They made it happen for me. They do great work, they were professional and took great care of me. Thank you for your services

I brought a dress in for dry cleaning. Service was great. Mrs. Patel is so kind and friendly and my dress was done in a timely fashion. I will be coming back for sure for any future dry cleaning needs.

I came to Ritz Cleaners just a few days ago to get my tuxedo shirt steamed before my wedding this Saturday. I expressed to Ms. Patel kindly to take delicate care of this shirt as I bought it for $300 just for my wedding day. She told me “don’t worry, I will take care of it. The next day, I picked up the shirt and when I got home I found a stain on the front of it. I came back to Ms. Patel and she told me the stain was there already and that she had taken a photo of it before she tagged it. She even showed me the photo on her phone. She said again “I will take care of it.” I Came back the next day and the shirt is even worse…stain still there, and wrinkly everywhere. I asked her for the photo. Upon quick inspection of the photo details, it was taken exact time before she called me to come pick it up the first time…the stain wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I’m currently running around trying to get a new shirt for my wedding day on Saturday.Ms. Patel is dishonest and her and her brother don’t take their customers seriously.
