I called this company the end of last week to request two weeks on my garage roof and one of my gutters raised. They offered to do it Saturday by ask them to wait till Monday. The men came and fixed both leaks plus a damaged shingle on the end of the roof. They also raised the gutter a few inches. I went on the roof to watch them and I feel they did a good job.

My experience with Richards and Swift Roofing was absolutely amazing. From the quote to the finished product, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were able to answer any questions and concerns I had from the front end, they were able to schedule the service within a short timeframe, and the new roof was slapped on in only 1 day! Highly recommend this amazing company!

Jim was fantastic to work with! He was able to come out the very next day (Tuesday) to provide an estimate. Jim was able to schedule me that Monday as my roof was in desperate need of repairs. Jim did a great job explaining everything and answer all my questions in detail. He was price very well. The crew was very nice and detail oriented. They did a great job cleaning up any messes made from the tear down. 10/10 would recommend!

We are very pleased with our experience with Richards & Swift! Not only were they the most reasonably-priced, but they were the one company that didn't give off a vibe of just trying to "sell us something." Instead of sending out a salesman to give their whole spiel, Jim Swift himself came to talk to us about our options and answer our questions. The work was completed in one day and they did a good job with cleanup as well.
For full transparency: a few days after work was completed, we went into a guest room that we rarely go into and saw that the ceiling had been cracked through (probably a worker dropped something or fell onto it... not sure). We sent them a picture and they immediately responded and sent out a drywall repair company to fix the ceiling and give it a fresh coat of paint.
We are very happy with our decision of choosing Richards & Swift and we would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

We cannot say enough great things about Richards & Swift Roofing. First, a few years ago they did the roof on our home and then just last month they roofed our 2.5 car garage. Each experience was fabulous. The workers are expert, courteous and especially careful with our landscape. They even went next door to make sure no nails or old tiles ended up on our neighbors yard!Services: Roof inspection

We have nothing but good things to say! We received a very competitive quote on Saturday - and our brand new roof was installed by Tuesday afternoon. What we appreciated most was the professionalism and responsiveness from this company. No high pressure sales pitch!! We were recent victims of a 3 hour high pressure sales pitch from a competing roofing company, so we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to work with Richards and Swift. Honest company and good work!

I contacted them for new seamless gutters. They showed up, did the job, and they were done in an hour and a half. They leaf blowed their mess and cleaned up perfectly! Gutters look amazing, they replaced some of the wood behind the gutters as well. Lastly, the best part is they remembered to close and lock the gate to our backyard. Could not recommend them enough. We had a leak we discovered in our garage roof last week and our roof was in rough shape. I was recommended to this company by a friend. I called Jim and he came out immediately to check it out for me! He was so friendly and informative from beginning to end. He always answered all my questions and his crew does great work! They cleaned up the best they could with the snow and Jim said he'd come back out when the snow was melted to make sure the roof is good and the yard is all clean. Highly recommend this company! My husband and I bought a house knowing we needed to replace the roof - we need a complete tear off. From the beginning - Jim was wonderful to work with.
