I just had a horrible experience trying to checkout at this place. Amaya was our cashier and she was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. After ringing us up we went to hand her cash and she said I’m not accepting cash. We were shocked as we have paid cash in the past. So we asked when the store stopped accepting cash as payment and was told that she was the only one that wasn’t accepting it because she had already counted her drawer. So I asked her don’t you normally count your drawer when you’re done with your shift. Her reply was I am done. I’m sorry if you are still ringing up customers that means you are in fact not done with your shift. You are just being lazy and decided to count your drawer before your shift was over and didn’t want to have to count it again. So just know that your money can be refused simply because a cashier has decided she doesn’t want to do her job and take it.

This place has everything and good prices. Checking out takes a ridiculously long time. It’s like the DMV. Don’t come here unless you have time and are a patient person.

You guys need to hire new staff or give the ones you have an attitude adjustment. I won't name names, but it seems to be something that affects multiple stores. One rude employee is one thing, but when it happens in multiple stores there's a serious problem with how the store is managed. I read the previous reviews and wanted to give you guys benefit of the doubt. Boy I was wrong, and now you've lost another potential customer.

I brought produce delivery for 8am appointment on Sep 25th, 2023. Handed over the papers to the receiver at 7:50am and had registration completed. They asked me to get the door once existing truck is unloaded. After 3 hours, dock got free and I backed up to the door. 4 other trucks came after me and I was next anyway as per appointment and as per presence. But, the lady who introduced me as a manager asked me to wait until all other trucks are unloaded because I was last. I offered her to look into the recording in my truck and from your yard to see who was next. They had my registration time as well but kept lying on my face and put me on hold. So pathetic and unprofessional behavior. Careful delivery drivers and don't miss your appointments that I am gonna do today.

One Asian lady worked in the cooling area was very rude. I was struggling to find my products and saw her standing at the freezers and I approached and asked : hello are you working here a few times and she turned to me and used her head to show me her jacket logo without a word….for 3 or 4 times. I was so angry.

This store used to be decent but the prices are now higher than costco and regular grocery stores for many items and they are constantly out of stock. Butter is now just over $2 @ costco, $3.91 per pound here for example. If you want to keep customers you need to get your prices back down closer to prepandemic prices. Not worth the trip!!

New online ordering is pointless if you have to go in and have to wait in line and have everything rescanned. The store is always a mess and out of whatever you're going in for. No matter what time of day I got in, there's always at least a half hour line to check out. Just bad experiences every time. How is the Dearborn store consistently better?

Well I will have to say this last visit just was the straw that broke the camel's back the managers are forever miserable and show it by their expressions on their faces with no smiles never apologetic for any of the Mix-Ups due to their mistakes.Like today apparently there had been a lot of stuff put underneath signs that wouldn't apply to that product even though the product was also chicken and it looked like it could be the leg quarters but wrong SKU. Happy appreciated employees make fewer errors.Not to mention us as the customer mention to the manager about the mix up rolled her eyes and said "Get the sign and walked a way."I've been a customer service manager for 25 years employees work better when they're appreciated and not treated like they do not matter.If you're an owner and you have a facility like this you should be ashamed of yourself.Prices and products is why we go here. However we have avoided going back because of the rudeness and my concern for the employees too. We hoped for improvement but No.The interactions between the manager's & customers is appauling. Then employee as well.Customer service requires smiling, empathy, and the willingness to adapt. If I have a bad day my staff does not know neither will my customers.

After how aggressive and rude the front desk person was when I tried to come in and sign up after filling out my forms online, I definitely won't be back.Wen's Kitchen Supply just south of here had everything I needed without the attitude problem.
