In 2020 the government gave out grants for web page. My co received $10000 for a state of the art web page. Charles Moran who was the sales man for this company he even tried to sell me web advertising with google for 2500 a month. I had to sign a 3-6 month contract . (He's a money grabbing whore) Remember, I had no e-commerce business nor did I have merchandise that valued that much. The web page that they designed for me and they received $10000 for turned out to be a free web page that anyone could do for themselves. I had no idea because I am a web design dummy. This company took grant money and ran. Check out my page. Eforlini.com Eposhitalia.store if you are questioning my sincerity. It's embarrassing to say the least. I get busy and put this web page on the back burner. Then I start up again because I can't believe anyone in business would blatantly rip off a consumer and the government. I don't know about you but $10000 is a lot of money to just let someone run away with.

RCC Web Media developed a really great website for us. They even designed rotating gears for our logo which our customers really like. We have been with RCC for about 4 – 5 years now and would highly recommend their services. We were traditional “yellow page” advertisers. Since RCC agreed to take us on as clients, and we agreed to think outside the “book”, our business has, and continues to boom. This is the way of the future and RCC, along with Jaclynn, Charles and the whole team, are there at the click of a mouse if we ever have questions or concerns. They are always coming up with new ideas for our campaigns. They are patient, timely with appointments, stay on top of what is going on with each of our services and always keep their promises.

I used RCC for six months in that span I did everything they suggested, including a brand new website, google ads, facebook ads etc. They only managed to get me 3 leads in six months. With conversion rates averaging .35% to 1% which is beyond unacceptable.None of which were qualified! On top of that there communication is horrible in all departments especially accounting. They insisted on automatic monthly payments which I agreed to. Then they weren't taking payments when they were suppose to, then taking extra payments at other times. Absolutely terrible company from every aspect. They will promise you the world and not deliver a single thing. Run away as fast as you can. Don't waste your time or money.
